ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR
STAGE - 3
Proposed Intervention
As per the analysis taken from the above collected data, we interviewed the old employees
virtually through which we got the following results -
Proposed Solution
The company should come up with 5-day working week policy and realistic targets
which would boost the morale of the employees and motivate them to work with
efficiency and thereby achieving their sales target.
A memo from the top management specifying the unethical issues, faced by the ex-
employees, regarding the abusive behavior was tracked back to the respective
managers and formal instructions with respect to their behavior were given and proper
training was also given to improve the behavior.
Arranging offline training sessions for the employees for not meeting their targets and
assigning a suitable target for the employees. Assigning team leaders who could
motivate these employees to perform well.
In order to make employees get well acquainted with the sales and marketing
activities, the need for training and workshops were realized by the senior authority
and provisions for the same were made.
Provision for open house creation once a quarter for high - and top-level management
where they can speak freely about the problems faced by the company without
following hierarchy structure and innovate with effective strategies to solve the
problem.
Arranging workshops for the underperforming employees and organize motivational
and leadership webinars which would boost their performance and help them to
achieve their targets.
In order to maintain harmony and synergy among the employees from diverse cultural
backgrounds, many festivals of different religions were celebrated in the office
premises to maintain the sense of togetherness in spite of their differences.
