I believe the best way to go about this is to bill you hourly by week (every friday). This is an estimation, hours might
shift a bit lower or a bit higher but will fall close to this estimate. I would be providing a pdf with my time tracked by
project then send a quickbooks link to pay the amount due that week. This way you will also only pay for work that
gets completed for the week since there’s various projects to tackle.
