We need you to help us deliver some of the biggest and best events in the North-West this Summer!

We have a variety of opportunities for people to join us on a casual basis in the following positions:

 Event Stewards - £10ph


 Event SIA Steward - £11ph
 Pitch Protection Security - £14ph

We offer flexible shift patterns across a 7-day week operation, training, bonus payments, meals on major match
days and uniform along with an opportunity to work in a unique, fun and friendly environment.

Your Place of Work/About Us

You will be working at Emirates Old Trafford (the home of Lancashire Cricket) which has played host to some of
cricket’s most iconic moments since 1864 and is now an award-winning world-class venue that has undergone a
transformational redevelopment over the last decade.

This Summer we will be welcoming Harry Styles, Red Hot Chilli Peppers and The Killers to Emirates Old Trafford,
as well as staging England One Day Internationals, a Test Match and a packed season of T20, Hundred and
County Cricket matches. In addition, we’ll be hosting some of the biggest conferences, weddings and exhibitions
in the North-West.

Main Duties

You will be at the forefront in protecting the safety of all people within the venue at any time whilst also delivering
unsurpassed levels of customer service. Whatever role you take on, your priority will be to ensure that all our
guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience.

Requirements

If you’d like to join us as an Event Steward, then ideally you need to have:
 Previous experience of managing spectators at sporting events or concerts
 Minimum NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety

If you’d like to be an Event SIA Steward or form part of our Pitch Protection Security team, you will need:
 Previous experience of managing spectators at sporting events or concerts
 An existing SIA qualification or the willingness to achieve the qualification prior to commencing
employment
 Minimum NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety - we can provide training in this if you do not have
it

If you meet the above requirements then that would be ideal however, what is more important, is that you can
demonstrate that you have the desire, skills and attitude required to carry out the role efficiently and effectively.
These are fantastic opportunities for anyone that desires flexibility with shifts and is looking for a chance to gain
some invaluable stewarding experience in an iconic sporting stadium.
