Electronic Software License Agreement for Use with the Ultimate Digital Performer

IMPORTANT NOTICE: THIS SOFTWARE- TITLED "THE ULTIMATE DIGITAL PER-

FORMER LEARNING SERIES"- INCLUDING ALL ASSOCIATED MEDIA, IS OWNED
BY MACAUDIOLAB AND IS PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT LAWS AND INTERNA-
TIONAL COPYRIGHT TREATIES, AS WELL AS OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
LAWS AND TREATIES. MACAUDIOLAB AND ITS LICENSERS ARE WILLING TO LI-
CENSE THIS SOFTWARE TO YOU ON THE CONDITION THAT YOU ACCEPT ALL OF
THE TERMS CONTAINED IN THE BELOW "SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT".

PLEASE READ THE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU USE THE SOFT-
WARE BECAUSE BY USING THE SOFTWARE YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE
AND AGREE THAT YOU SHALL BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT.

I agree and certify that this "Ultimate Digital Performer Learning Series" product will be
used only for personal educational use, and not in a classroom setting, library, or in
conjunction with any training event or course unless such a course is certified in
writing by MacAudioLab. I understand that when I purchased the Software I did not
purchase ownership of it but purchased a right ("a license") to use it strictly in accor-
dance with the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Therefore, by using
this software or the associated media I expressly enter into this Agreement with MacAu-
dioLab, Inc. and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions herein. MacAudio-
Lab grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable Per-Single User Li-
cense to use the Software, subject to all of the terms and conditions of the license
Agreement..

For the purpose of the Agreement, a Single-User License means a non-exclusive, non-
transferable license designated by Licensee to ONE PERSON who may use the Soft-
ware on more than one computer work- station of the designated Platform type within
the Licensee's local or wide area network in the geographical boundaries of the Licen-
see’s Territory.

I understand that using this product, in whole or in part, in any setting other than for my
own personal educational use, including, but not limited to, in a classroom, training
event or course, public viewing, or to create derivative, related or competitive works,
educational curriculum or products, without the express written permission of MacAu-
dioLab, is a violation of Federal copyright law and will be prosecuted.
