I am  VANIZA O. PENAFLOR , 24 years old, a resident of Purok 9 New Visayas,  Montevista, Davao De
Oro. I'm a pioneer graduate of Compostela Valley State College- Montevista Branch with a degree of
Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSED) Major in English, NCIII holder and also a Licensed
Professional Teacher. Additionally, I have experienced in teaching students who was diagnosed with
Autism Disorder, Down Syndrome , Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity
Disorder (ADHD). I also participated different organizations out of the school that helped to develop my
leadership and self-confidence. 
 
Moreover, I am optimistic that all my qualification as applicant for Teacher I of Montevista  National High
School would meet your standards for hiring. I am willing to undergo training if needed just to meet your
standards.
