the readers about the weaknesses, problems, as well as the solutions (if
possible)
Be as formal and respectful as possible
Remember to limit your contractions and phrasal verbs
Divide your writing with subheadings.
If possible, you can also use passive voice.y

Data must be listed out very clearly!! As you are presenting your
findings, you have to give proof of your findings, how you retrieved
your data etc.

3rd Paragraph – 4th When you give suggestions, it is preferable that you use modal verbs.
