Setting the Prehopper Indication to Zero

using the Pfister Handheld PHT

 this presentation is a standard procedure to set the prehopper indication
to zero without carrying out a complete calibration
the shown steps are examples only and may vary for each individual plant
 if the prehopper is empty and the indication
of the prehopper level is not exactly on zero
this procedure may be used to set the indication to zero
without carrying out a complete calibration
the load cells of the prehopper scale (4 pcs) are located here
 to set the prehopper indication to zero
the following preconditions are required

> prehopper must be completely empty

> feeder must be completely empty

> blower should be shut off

> equipment is not running

> air pressure in the system must be zero

> equipment is in local mode

PHT = Pfister Handheld Terminal

 link the PHT to the CSC controller or to the LCB
