Borang maklumbalas mengenai apa sahaja ketidakpuashatian atau rungutan mesti ditulis didalam borang
ini dan perlu diserahkan kepada pengadu dalam masa tiga (3) hari bekerja.

Investigation have been made by ADMIN-HRGA officer Ms Nisa & Ms Azizah on 13th October 2020 in
Recruitment Interview Room, Building 1 around 8.30 am - 9.30 am with the attendance of Mr Raja as
ADMIN Head of Department & Mr Wong Section Head of AI&SMT. Also present was the complainer herself
Ms Kanimah (10376) form SMT Section.

Ms Kanimah has expressed her dissatisfaction on HRGA interview session which involved her daughter
and her niece to Ms Mira (HRGA recruitment staff) on 6th & 7th October 2020 around 8.00 am - 9.30 am
in Recruitment rooms. She informed that both of her daughter & niece failed 6th October 2020 (1st day)
interview on math tests which was required procedure for any candidates to be selected. Both of them
when back home and after being told by Kanimah. Kanimah then herself called Mr Vanan, an Executive of
SMT to ask for his favour to help her daughter & niece for another interview arrangements.

Ms Kanimah informed that Mr Vanan informed her that he has secured another interview arrangement for
her daughter and niece the 2nd interview, 7th October in a phone call later that night and informed maybe
he can help getting on of them to other section Part Production.

Both the daughter & niece when back for second interview 7th October 2020 around 8.00 am - 9.03 am in
Recruitment Room. They informed that the math test was different than the previos one they had.
Ms Kanimah was then informed that her daughter failed the math test again and ask to go back home and
her niece passed and was moved to next selection test, the screwing test. She was given some times for
training and she has failed the screw test and ask to leave.

Ms Kanimah then was informed by her niece that during screwing tests, Ms Mira has said "kalau you orang
saja (bangsa India) yang rekomen, yang kami (bangsa Melayu) macam mana"? She claimed that Ms Mira
has been racist to her. She also claimed that she has the recording that Ms Mira said the racist statement.
Ms Kanimah confirmed with her daughter, but she was unable to confirm because she when back earlier

after she was informed that she failed the math test again. Ms Kanimah have asked her niece to delete
the claim recording voice, as she wants no part of it. Later that night, Mr Vanan called Ms Kanimah to ask
the status of the interview around 8.30 pm. Ms Kanimah told that her niece had failed the screw test and
he niece claimed that Ms Mira had said racist statement infront of her during recruitment test.

Ms Kanimah then waited until morning shift 12th October 2020 to make official grievance report to HR
regarding this matter.

Ms Kanimah was asked to bring forward the claim recording of Ms Mira giving racist statement to her niece
for further investigation. But, she was unable to do so, she had said that her niece has deleted the
claim recording.

Investigating officer Ms Nisa & Ms Azizah, also have interviewed another witness/candidates in the same
interviewed group during 7th October, Ms Priya. She was asked by investigating officers of Ms Mira had
really make racist statement during their recruitment sessions. She denied that she had heard any of it from
Ms Mira. She then said, Ms Kanimah's niece was indeed slow in screw tests.

Therefore, sue to that fact that complainer failed to produce any evidents and one of the witness have denied
any racism statement was made by Ms Mira. The case was dismissed.
