About Us

We dream to provide a healthcare app that will fulfil all your needs, the Pharmatic app is the nearest
one stop solution to that dream.

The goal of Pharmatic is to supply medicines to consumers in the city within two hours. Other
services include doctor's appointments, blood donation, basic sickness advice (home remedy), and
other services (healthcare devices).

The primary issue that many individuals, particularly elderly people, experience is the supply of
medicines. Some recommended medicines are not accessible in all local medical stores, making it
difficult to locate them. Furthermore, not all medicines are always available. Pharmatic helps to
solve this problem by delivering necessary medicines straight to the patient's house, avoiding all of
these complications.

We aim to provide other additional services such that assist customers by giving essential services
such as doctor appointments, blood donor contact information, and purchasing alternatives for
healthcare products such as oxymeters, thermometers, sanitary pads, vaporizers, etc

Idea Generation

The notion we chose is for medicine to be delivered within two hours. There are other alternative
applications that provide pharmaceutical delivery services, such as Netmeds, PharmEasy, Apollo, and
others. However, Netmeds and PharmEasy take between 24 and 48 hours to supply medicines.
Apollo does deliver medicines in two hours, but only to specific locations inside a city.

Pharmatic aids in the delivery of medicine to all areas of a city within two hours. Other fundamental
services provided by the Pharmatic App include doctor's appointments, blood donation, basic illness
counselling (home remedy), and other services (healthcare devices). This allows clients to obtain
medication and other healthcare items delivered right to their home.

Idea Screening

Concept Development and Testing

We began Pharmatic on a very small scale in Vadodara, Gujarat. We conducted market research to
determine areas where the greatest demand for medicine exists. Based on the results, we chose
Sama-Savli as our initial base location. First, we disseminated information to the residents of Sama-
Savli using handouts and word-of-mouth advertising. We only utilized on-call services to accept
receive orders. The responses we received for our services were terrific. Customers provided
excellent comments, and the number of people who returned to utilize the service were quite high.
After getting positive reactions, we expanded our coverage to include Nizampura, Airport Road,
Fatehgunj, Alkapuri, and eventually the whole city. We were unable to meet demand with on call
services, so we decided to develop our own app that would allow us to simply receive orders. When
we first launched the app, we provided delivery services and subsequently added an extra service of
on-demand delivery of healthcare products.

We conducted extensive marketing initially to make people aware of our app so that they could
utilize it. People have gradually become aware of the app and have begun to use it.

We added extra services when users started using our app. A market survey revealed that getting a
doctor's appointment was also a difficult process. People had to go to clinics and wait for
appointments for hours while being ill. We collaborated with clinics and made the appointment
procedure online.

Initially, just a few consumers used this service, but individuals gradually began booking
appointments online. Another issue we observed was that people who required blood for an
emergency did not have easy access to it. We believed it was a major problem and wanted to offer a
service to overcome it. We then added a new section to our app that includes contact information
for blood donors as well as their blood types. This integration of all services into a single app was
extremely beneficial to society.

The primary motive for entering this area was to comprehend the issue that individuals were
confronting. The elderly, in particular, were having significant difficulty obtaining medications. We
recognized the people's issue and then introduced our services. Other pharmaceutical delivery
service providers, such as Netmeds and PharmEasy, take 24 to 48 hours to deliver medicines.
Pharmatic solves this delivery period and enables medicine to be delivered within 2 hours. We also
provide other services such as doctor's appointments, blood donation, basic sickness advice (home
remedy), and others (healthcare devices).

Income Generation

The following are our sources of income:

1.Delivery Fees

2.Commission from medical shop owner

3.Commission from clinics that are registered with us

4.Rate Variation (Purchase and Selling Rate)

5.Our app's Prime Memberships

6.Profit from Healthcare Devices

7.Advertising for pharmaceutical businesses on our app

(1) We provide free shipping on orders of ₹349 or more. We also offer free delivery up to 10
kilometres, after which a fee of ₹15 is levied per kilometre. It is a source of revenue since all of the
users that use our software do not have the same cart value. It is advantageous for us because some
consumers order only one medication via the app. The distance also relies on the Medical Store's
position in relation to the customer's location. If someone lives a long distance away from a certain
Medical Store and needs a medicine that is only accessible at that location, it becomes a source of
income for us.
