Congratulation and welcome to DUPNO International Limited

I am pleased to offer you employment in the position of Executive, Sales and Marketing at DUPNO
International Limited. Your appointment as Customer Support Executive will commence on 1st January
2019.

As Executive, Sales and Marketing you will be entitled to a monthly starting remuneration of BDT
10,000/- ( Ten Thousand Taka Only) as Gross Salary plus other facilities as per company policy, which
indicates cost to company.

You will be on probation for First Nine months with target-based increment as per company policy
attached. Your continued employment at DUPNO International Limited is dependent on your successful
completion of the probationary period. During probation either party with a month notice period may
terminate employment.

Your salary will be reviewed after a period every of 12 months from the date when you become permanent.
After becoming permanent you can leave the job with 3 months notice period, you have to serve at least 1
year after becoming a permanent employee. You will be entitled to all allowances and benefits of any kind
decided by the management. You shall receive your payment before 10th of every month on your
Employee Bank Account. Leave and other company policies are available at DUPNO HR Policy.

Your signing this appointment letter confirms your acceptance of the terms and conditions and that you
would be joining DUPNO International Limited on the given date.
