4.ACTION PLAN
PLS REFER TO THE ACTION PLAN ATTACHED IN APPENDIX 3

An action plan is a document that lists what steps must be taken in order to
achieve a specific goal.

The purpose of an action plan is to clarify what resources are required to

reach the goal, formulate a timeline for when specific tasks need to be
completed and determine what resources are required (TechTarget
contributor march 2013)

According to the WBS, I have to fulfil 8 tasks for the first I need to talk to the
clients and get to know their requirements on or before from 1st of September
and 4th of September, and for the 2nd and 3rd tasks I need to check the
available locations and list them out during 4th of September and 8th
September the 4th task is to get the approval for one location by the client
during 9th to 10th September. and 5th task is to inform and book the location
from the location owners from the 12th to the 15th of September. For the 6th
task I need to pay the advance to location owners for a specific date during
17th to 18th of September. For the 7 task I should claim the property from the
location owner so the other project managers can proceed their task in the
site during 20th of September and after the event is over, I should check the
status of the location and handover the location to location owners after that
I should complete the full payment and close the contract between me and
the location owner. As shown briefly in appendix 3
