Proceedings:
1. Meeting called to order at 1:30 p.m. by 10-Remedios Gomez Adviser, MS. Joanna Marie
M. Aguilar.
2. The following is the agreed new set of Homeroom PTA Officers for School Year 2022-
2023:
President: Liza C. Supan
Vice President: Carina D. Fabian
Secretary: Rosalinda C. Sapitan
Treasurer: Flordeliza D. Capulong
Auditor: Aiko C. Yambao
3. Ms. Aguilar reiterated the following school’s rules and regulations:
 The school never allows boys to have long hair; In short they should always observed
proper haircut.
 Students should wear uniform or decent cloths everyday.
 Students’ tardiness and absences will be recorded by the class secretary so that in case
the parents would want to know the status of their children, there is a record to serve as
basis. If the students fails to send notice (excuse letter) to the teacher as to the reason
of his absence, he shall therefore be subject to be dropped for that school year. In
addition, the teacher will conduct hone visits if cases like this occur.
4. Ms. Aguilar reminded the parents of the transferees to follow up the form 137 of their
children from their previous school and those parents whose children have not
submitted their PSA birth certificate.

6. The body agreed that PTA Projects for school year 2022-2023is 40 inches TV for the
students in 10-Remedios Gomez. In order to realize this, they agreed that each students
shall contribute Ph 300and the deadline in on October 31, 2022
