Walt Disney Company

Walt and Roy Disney established the Disney Brothers Cartoon Studio. Mr. Walt Disney sold his
renowned Alice in Wonderland animation in California in 1923, and it has remained popular to
this day. In 1925, the company's name was changed to Walt Disney Studio. Walt Disney has made
himself well-known to anybody with his cartoons, which are still widely popular. Mary Poppins,
The Love Bug, and Mickey Mouse are just a few of Walt Disney's creations. Walt Disney also
operates in a variety of other industries, including theme parks, network television, and markets
where they sell goods based on their well-known cartoon characters.

The organization's business operation is operating every day and every year, especially in the
theme park, which would create an expense for the company because there are peak seasons
yearly. This would enable the park's whole infrastructure to function even if few people visited
it. Even while peak seasons produce considerable profit, costs would still be incurred during the
off-season. Making cartoons and movies involves risks as well because the corporation will have
to incur costs and is unsure whether the profits will cover those costs. There are other cases
where the cost of the expenses is considerable, which would be expensive for the business even
if there were no guarantees that the film or animation would be popular with audiences.

The corporation's strength is that the public is already familiar with the company and is aware of
what it stands for anytime the name "Walt Disney" is mentioned. The general public is well aware
of how adept Walt Disney Company is at showcasing the fantastic things they have to offer. Since
this would result in profit and the public already has the impression that the business can provide
excellent results, it might be viewed as a strength. Despite the fact that there are several theme
parks across the world, Disneyland continues to be well-known and recognized by the general
public, which has contributed to the company's continued success. While the organization's
shortcoming is its large number of subunits, some of which are not doing a good job of turning a
profit. Additionally, there are times when theme parks incur expenses during the off-season and
the organization is responsible for covering those costs. Since the public is familiar with
Disneyland, the business should seize the chance to establish other Disneyland locations abroad.
Many people go to other nations solely for the chance to visit Disneyland. The fact that there are
children in the world and that adults would also like to experience visiting Disneyland without
traveling to a distant country makes this viable even if it would be expensive. Because there are
many networks in the global and most prominent networks that the audience would consider
because many individuals in this field work hard to acquire high ratings, the Walt Disney
Company's network television is most likely to pose a threat to the company.

The first option is for a business to have its objective be financially congruent. The corporation
has many subdivisions, but according to rumors, one of them is struggling to turn a profit. Second,
innovative tactics that would have a significant impact on the business should be implemented.
Third, there should be personnel appointed within the organization to monitor the performance
of the subunits. This would show the business where it is lacking and reveal the reasons why it
isn't making a profit. Fourth, the business should employ individuals with knowledge essential to
comprehend and develop plans to increase the profit and income of the components. Finally, the
corporation needs to address the subunits that aren't turning a profit. The organization should
discontinue business with the company if it has a history of losing money for many years to
prevent losing revenues.

The company should discontinue operating any subunits that are not making money, as I have
already stated. This would have a significant effect on the organization since the costs incurred
by the subunits may be invested in other profitable businesses or industries. Although there may
be times when the public who still wants it would miss it, there are alternatives like using internet
platforms like how Netflix works. Dropping subunits would be advantageous financially. The firm
should think about several strategies to market and increase the value of its resources because
this generation expects everything to be portable.

In conclusion, despite giving fun towards the world for almost a century, the Walt Disney
Company is still well-liked. The general public is a significant factor in company since they
generate revenue, whether as clients, workers, or investors. A company's base or foundation is
always crucial because it will serve as the cornerstone for all of your future endeavors. Given that
this will be visible to the public forever, the foundation must be sturdy. And even when a business
is under danger, its reputation should always be positive.
