Structural Analysis?
Finite Element Analysis is used as a tool which provides a comprehensive set of
material behavior, elemental behavior and equation solvers for numerous mechanical
problems.

95-Hz:

Inference:
From the above report we found that a large amount of deflection occurs
mainly in
➢ The seat tube.
➢ The tube made to join the two seat stays.

Problem correction:
In order to overcome the large deflection in the seat tube we have decided
to make some changes in the frame.
➢ Removed the tube and joined the two seat stays in the seat tube itself.
➢ Changed the length of two top tubes.
➢ Change all the tubes diameter to 27.03 mm as the standard tube
diameter.
