Our dynamic website and CRM package consist of :-

Dynamic Website:-

 Home page info about current product or services on sale.

 Unlimited e-commerce pages (including pricing and description of
product).
 Payment gateway integration.
 2D/3D Logo included.
 1 year Hosting including business email included.
 Automatic booking calendar scheduling for appointments.
 Payment and purchase notification for customers and admin.

CRM:-
 CRM shows the current, past booking and purchases.
 Admin can cancel, refund and reschedule booking of
services or products.
 Admin can add unlimited product/services into the site and
make them on top list using CRM.
 Admin can remove and make not in stock or not available
for the product or services.

 Admin can view calendar for appointments.

Payment Gateway:-
 Unlimited payment gateway can be integrated such as
: paypal, paytm, razorpay, cc avenue etc.
 All the notification for purchases shall go to admin.
 Admin can pause or disable any payment gateway.
 No such training required after integration of payment
gateway, it will work according the product added
from CRM.

Training and support:-

 Upon competition of project client will get one view video for
CRM with all functions and system.
 All the password will be handed over to the client and will be
required whenever maintenance is required.
 24/7 will be provided if any bugs found in the system up to one
year for which client need to email at INFO@TEANSOFT.COM .
 Up to 5 Business emails will be provided with 99% of up time.
 Service provider will not be responsible for any delay done from
clients end for giving responses and feedback.
 After competition client will have to make remaining payment
after getting proper presentation for launch before taking the
project live.

may extend upon testing and implementation.

TOTAL AMOUNT:- 30,000+(GST)5400=35400/-

PAYMENT TERM:-

15/06/2022- 50% OF THE AMOUNT.

UPON COMPETATION 50% OF THE AMOUNT.

 Delay in payment and feedback may cost extra charges.
 Client would be entitled to review development of work after every 15 days.
 Client ensures that he / she must be available on prior intimation for providing any
solution or information about this project.
 Database backup will be given to the client as per prior notification.
 Support tickets may take to resolve up to 24 to 48 working hours.
