Description When the user wants to enter the building, he presses a button near one of the
enter gates and the gate opens if enough space is in the building

Description When the user wants to exit the building, he presses a button near one of the
exit gates and the gate opens

Use Case ID: Use Case: Notification when another gate’s queue is shorter
UC_03
Description When the user stands in a queue which is longer than the other queue, he will
see a notification on the display near the gate informing him about this

Use Case ID: Use Case: Notification about the number of people in the building
UC_04
Description When the user stands in a queue at a gate, the display of the gate will show how
many people are in the building, thus giving him a rough estimate of the waiting
time

Description When the user from inside the building senses and emergency, he presses the
emergency button and all the gates open for the purpose of fast exiting
