II. Brainstorming. Visualize the answers of the students from the google form then divide the class

into 5 smaller groups. Let them discuss the following question.

1.What city is the most preferred destination? Why do you think that city got the highest answer?

- The highest city got the most preferred destination is New York. We can’t blame people New York is a nice place that
every people’s dream destination. New York has its own beauty and have a lots of tourist destination that you
could love to visit. Base on my research about New York, There's no other city on the planet with an energy that
can compete with New York. The fast pace, the buzzing traffic, the hustle and bustle of the people, the 24-hour
life, and the creative spirit make NYC one of the most vibrant places in the world. So maybe that’s the reason
why mostly wants NYC.
2. Why people move to the cities?

- People migrate to towns and cities in hope of gaining a better standard of living. They are influenced by pull factors
that attract them to urban life, and push factors that make them dissatisfied with rural living.
3. Which do you prefer, working here or abroad?
- To be honest I was confused. I Want to work abroad for a reason that there’s a lots of opportunities waiting for me
their and we all know that the wages are higher in other countries than in the Philippines. You can see a lot of Filipino
working all over the world. Some trying their luck in other countries and others trying to have a better future for the
family. Filipino sacrifice a lot just to help their family needs. They work abroad because they feel that their skills would
not need in their own country and also because of the very poor salary that they can have in this country. Many Filipino
want to work abroad because of the high salary and benefits that other countries can offer but I also love working here
in my motherland, I want to work where I grew up and finish school. I want to share with my fellow Filipinos how I have
learned and achieved my dreams in life. As a future teacher I want to show my students that anywhere you work if you
don't take it to heart you won't succeed. It is not the basis on where you work, the important is that you fulfill your
responsibility as a person. I love to work with my fellow Filipino and pay my homeland by not living.
4. What are the primary reasons of migration?
- Many people migrate from one country to another or within a country. There are different reasons why people migrate
and there are also things that can stop humans from moving, humans signify it as barriers. Many people have complex
issues mentally and physically when they migrate, there are also factors that attract or drive out people from a place.
But for me the main reason is that they find a stable job in abroad that’s why they choose to live there and continue
their lives.
5. Which city is known as migrant friendly than the others?

- Based on my research the city who is known as migrant friendly than others is Canada. Canada is one of the best
countries for immigration. International students from all over visit Canada for a promising future. The application
numbers keep rising every year, and one of the major reasons for it is an easy and friendly immigration process. Canada
is an immigrant-friendly country that offers flexibility in obtaining visas, study and work permits, and post-graduation
work permits.
6. Why many people from all over the world want to go to these global cities?
- Many people from all over the world want to go to theses global cities, it because they find better opportunities to
make their lives more healthy and get enough income to sustain their needs and wants every day.
