IN SITU MOTOR COOLING FAN BALANCING:

1) The Overall Vibration levels are higher at Motor NDE compare to DE and decide to do
balancing on Motor Cooling Fan.
2) Motor Cooling Fan Inspected and found the Weights abserved with different locations on
cooling Fan. So, the same weights was removed from motor cooling fan. Refer Fig:1

Horizontal 6.4 mm/s @ 297degrees

Vertical 8.5 mm/s @ 67degrees

Vertical 5.1 mm/s @ 82degrees

4) TRAIN RUN:
Trail Weight 39grams added @ 67degrees from Reflective tape in Fig:2

Table:2 After Trail Run, 1x Vibration amplitude reduced was observed.

5) Removed Trail weight and Correction weight 73grams Added at same location @ 67degrees
from reflective tape in Refer fig:3. The unbalance force significant reduced was observed.
