PROJECT OVERVIEW

Integrated Traffic Management IP Based Public Address Solution which provide greater information to the authorities
to proactively manage the ongoing traffic situation, enhance traffic discipline through effective enforcements and
increase road safety by preventing accidents and allow citizens to make informed travel choices. With this solution,
the overall burden of traffic on the roads will reduce, and will result in enhanced reliability for the citizens and local
businesses improving overall productivity levels.

OBJECTIVE

Create linkages to support Information sharing through, Public Address (PA) systems which broadcast public safety
messages, traffic route diversion messages. Emergency: Natural Calamity, weather updates, General Announcements,
Polio Campaigns, Save the Girl Child, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Zone wise instructions and address systems.

PROJECT SCOPE

a. Project Execution Team : BEL / Supplier of Material : A.G. Electronics Banglore

b. Project Scope will include Supply, Installation, and Commissioning and Maintenance of Smart IP
Based Traffic Management Public Address system at multiple traffic junctions in Siddipet (Tilangana
Police Dept.) to provide pre-recorded and real time announcements in case of emergencies, disasters
etc. through Public Address (PA) System at key traffic junctions, system shall be a centralized public
announcement system between Nodal/Headquarter officers and traffic junctions by which instructions
or message broadcasting can be given to the collectively, individual or in selected combination of
junction.

Dept.) over IP to provide pre-recorded and real time announcements in case of emergencies.
