I am highly indebted to the Almighty God for giving me the wisdom, grace, strength and endurance to complete

this ND programme, fulfilment and satisfaction in life could often be hindered if one is to divinely guided on the

human pedestal, the long incubated nation of completing the programme would have being a difficult huddle if not for

God Almighty timely intervention morally, material, financially and encouragement through the contribution of some

notable people.

 ABSTRACT

This project is completely based on the design and construction of an aluminium sliding casement window.
Mentioned in the project is the construction of an aluminium sliding casement window to confirm with the stand code
of practice, the functional requirement of a good window, mode of construction details, finishing etc. are fully
explained in the project. Also, in the report was the processing and conventional method of timber into plants and its
sizes requirement which constitute each components part of window.
