RADIO SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

I agree to be one of the sponsors of Deus Amor Est Broadcasting, Inc. in order to continue the
operation and airing of the radio station of Ang Dios Gugma Community, (ADG) Inc.

I believe in the ADG mission to proclaim the Gospel to people of all nations through the tri-media
evangelization especially through the radio.

I understand that I have the commitment to give monthly the full amount I indicated in this agreement
and in return, I will enjoy the privilege of a credit mention of my business in the radio program of my
choice.

This agreement will start on the date that I affix my signature and I will continue giving my financial
support every month to Deus Amor Est Broadcasting, Inc, until such time that I send the notice to end
the Agreement.
