WORK EXPERIENCE
BlackNGreen, Gurugram - Software Engineer (June'2021 - Present)
Designed and implemented backend for "Swipe4Win" a quiz gaming service that lets a user play set of
questions based on a particular theme chosen by the users.
Participated in all phase of software engineering including requirement analysis, application design,
code development, testing and followed agile methodology and scrum.
Wrote Refer and Earn feature for Swipe4Win to increase the number of active and paid users, resulting in
30% revenue increase within 2 months.
Implemented otp flow for "Fyndr" an online dating and geosocial networking application. In Fyndr,
users "swipe right" to like or "swipe left" to dislike other user's profiles based on list of interests.
Performed data analysis of general user behaviour based on app events and subscription related
behaviour for Swipe4Win and Fyndr on a regular basis along with daily reporting.
Wrote various cronjobs to periodically archive logs, DB snapshots, check the health of various modules
within the application and managed other tasks on UNIX server.
Regularly interacted with business operations team and took complete ownership of the products.
Setup MongoDB connection, Apache Tomcat instance on AWS Server and other connections.
