DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Donation, made and executed in the City of Iloilo, Philippines,
by RAMON L. REFUGIO Sr. of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and with residence and
postal address at 199-M Dicen St., Lapaz, Iloilo City hereinafter called the DONOR

-       IN FAVOR OF   -

RAMON P. REFUGIO Jr., of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and with residence
and postal address at Lot 7 block 2, Sacred Heart Subd., Mandurriao, Iloilo City,
hereinafter called the DONEE

-       WITNESSETH    -

            That the DONOR is the owner of that certain PISTOL/RGR, Model/Caliber:
P95D/9MM, Serial No. 312-86080, FALic No. 0346556100652184

            That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the DONOR has for
the DONEE, the said DONOR, by these presents, transfers and conveys, by way of
donation, unto said DONEE, her heirs and assigns, the above described personal
property;

            That the DONOR does hereby state, for the purpose of giving full effect to this
donation, that he has reserved for himself in full ownership sufficient property to support
him in a manner appropriate to his needs;

            That the DONEE does hereby accept this donation of the above-described
property, and does hereby express gratitude for the kindness and liberality of the
DONOR.
           

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the DONOR and the DONEE have signed this deed
on 7 July 2013 at Pasay City, Philippines.
