I, Oumaima Lasfar from ifrane with CIN number [DB29169] shall attend AIESEC’s Kick’Off 22
CONFERENCE, as a delegate. I hereby confirm that I shall act responsibly at all times during my
stay in the venue and shall do nothing which is likely to harm or diminish the reputation or
goodwill of AIESEC or the conference or which will endanger my personal safety.
I will comply with all applicable rules and regulations and other reasonable directions given by
AIESEC or others. I understand and agree that if I do not follow the rules and directions, AIESEC
may withdraw my right to participate in the conference without having any obligation to refund
my delegate fee.
I agree to follow further instructions announced by AIESEC or the venue security staff regarding
my presence in the hotel and the safety of my stay.
In the light of the CoronaVirus COVID-19 pandemic, all of us are summoned to take strict
precautionary measures in order to protect the community, ourselves, and our families.
In the end, most precautions must be taken by me, it is also not to put others at Risk.

I hereby declare that if during the period specified above, any of my actions directly or indirectly
cause any kind of damage, loss, injury to an individual or if I participate in any illegal activities, I
shall be personally responsible and liable for such actions and consequences or liability on my
behalf. I ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY for understanding and following the rules and
security practices associated with AIESEC’s Kick’Off 22 CONFERENCE and for my personal
safety.

I shouldn't leave the venue during the conference duration from October 20th till October 23th,
2022.
Furthermore, I declare that;
- AIESEC will not be held responsible or liable for any, every, and all losses incurred by me and
not covered by my travel insurance.

I ACKNOWLEDGE that I have read and understood this agreement, that I appreciate and accept
these risks associated with Kick’Off 22, and that I have executed this agreement voluntarily.
