Dear Dean Sabado,

We, the College of Computing and Information Sciences Student Council (CCIS-SC) will be
having its InfoTechnOlympics 2022 with a theme "Integrating Intelligence and Strategy to
Improve Students' Competitiveness in the New Normal''. This is a hybrid event where some
categories will have held online and face to face. The first day is the online set up where the
categories includes Web Design, Android Apps Development, C++ Programming and .Net
Programming Using C#, and Java Programming. The remaining categories will be conducted in
face to face for the second day of the event and the categories are Digital Electronics, Computer
Networking, Computer Assembly/ Disassembly, and IT Quiz Bee,

This activity aims to assess student’s acquired skills and knowledge in relation to their course
interests. To mold students into competent, adaptable, and capable of working under time
constraints. In addition, the winners of the said event will be the one to represent our school for
the IT Skills Olympics 2022.

This event will be held on October 13, 2022 (Thursday) from 7:30AM – 5:00 PM via Google Meet,
Zoom, and Facebook Live at UMak College of Computing and Information Sciences Student
Council Page. And October 14, 2022 (Friday) from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM at HPSB Computer
Laboratories for the actual competition and Multi Media Room, University of Makati for the
awarding ceremony.

In line with this, we would like to invite your good office to give an Opening Remarks about the
