“IISANG HANGIN”
We chose this title to propose a fact, which is that we
humans have an obligation to take care of our very Earth. Since
we live in it, we must take care of it not just for the sake of our
environment and our resources, but for the future generations
to come as well.

Literally, the title means that we share one air. That around our
community we breathe the same quality of air and that there is
only one air in the whole world.

Figuratively, it means that we share the same climate. Since we

have the same air; we share the same dilemmas, so we must
solve them together as well.

To spread awareness and knowledge

about what climate change is and one of its
very causes; carbon emissions. The main
objective is to inform and persuade the
audience to take simple measures and
actions to reduce the possible catastrophic
impacts of Global Warming. With the help of
the growing digital world, we are going to
use social media to spread the word.

The video will have a dramatic and impactful
appeal to the viewers through an expository,
participatory, and reflexive style of narrative,
which invokes empathy and understanding of the
topic, "The overproduction of carbon emissions
has always been a huge contributor to global
warming and climate change. The perilous effects
of climate change affect the whole world." Using
heavy imagery to provide a visual aid to the
viewers about our topic. Through a thorough
explanation of each part, we will use such
techniques to relay the message we wish to show
the audience.

14
The documentary should capture
the audience in a way that would make them
open their eyes to the effects of mankind on
the environment. Inform the audience about
how it affects us and persuade them to take
action so that we can all live longer lives on
this planet. We will use music that matches
the emotional appeal we want to portray in
our narrative, specifically grim or dramatic
music that evokes feelings and matches the
pace we’re showing in our narrative, which
starts off slow, then picks up the pace, and
ends off slow.

speakers, news reports, and other auditory & visual information about carbon

emissions? 3. Industrialization would be elaborated/expounded. In this part, it aims to enlighten

people about industrialization and how much it helped us, humans, in terms of
globalization and development over the course of history.

4. The narrator shall start emphasizing that industrialization is one of the very causes
of carbon emission and its connection to Global warming and Climate change.

5. Narrator will elaborate on key causes of carbon emissions, narrowing down on one.
The narrator will pass on the talk to three people on our group, setting up the pace or
act 2.

ACT TWO:
1. We start off with an interview, discussing the big risks of having a carbon-heavy
Mindanao. They also talk about one instance when they experienced an event where
carbon emissions were really rampant and seen.

the need for cars as a means of transportation. They will also add b-rolls here to fill in

problem would be asked and other more questions. In the long run using carbon

emissions on the internet but be surprised by the lack of information.

questions regarding how Mindanaons are accepting this problem.
