Brief Introductions
ZYS113/ME 全智能三臂凿岩台车是中国铁建重工集团有限公司根据隧道机
械化、信息化、数字化施工要求生产的隧道施工设备,具有智能定位、自动钻孔、
3D 轮廓扫描、地质钻探与分析、远程监测、故障诊断等功能,操作简便,维修
方便,钻孔精确控制,对于提升钻爆法机械化施工有着重要的意义。主要功能特
点如下:
ZYS113/ME/ME computeriezd 3-boom drilling jumbo is a tunnel construction equipment

produced by CRCHI,according to the requirements of tunnel mechanization, informatization and

digital construction. It has such functions as intelligent positioning, automatic drilling, 3D contour

scanning, geological drilling and analysis, remote monitoring, fault diagnosis, etc. It is easy to

operate, easy to maintain, and precise control of drilling. The main features are as follows:

1、 钻孔效率高,三个钻臂独立工作,钻孔速度快;
1. High drilling efficiency, three drilling arms work independently, and fast
drilling speed;
2、 钻孔全过程自动控制,定位、领孔、全速推进均能做到全自动控制,
并具备自动防卡钻、钻孔后自动吹渣等功能,大大降低了工人的劳动强
度,且钻孔质量高,能够严格控制超欠挖量;

操作本设备必须是经过专业培训,身体健康的专业人员,操作前需仔细阅读
本操作规范书和操作使用说明书。只有完全熟悉设备和施工工况后,才能避免发
生安全事故和损坏设备的现象。

training and is in good health. Please read the operation specification book and operation manual

carefully before operation. Only after fully familiar with the equipment and construction

第一章 准备工作

Chapter I Preparatory work

1.1 启机

1.1 Start the machine


一、开启“蓄电池开关”,拨动“24VDC 钥匙开关”以连接蓄电池。
I. Open "battery switch", dial "24VDC key switch" to connect the battery.

二、按下“臂架”、“电脑” 、“扫描仪”、“激光”,待电脑正常启动
后,进行下一步。
II.Press "arm", "computer", "scanner", "laser", and proceed to the next step after
the computer starts normally.

1.2 收臂架

1.2 Fold up the arms


为了保证整机行走过程的稳定性,需将臂架收拢,且需要根据隧道的轮廓面
进行调整。收拢后需尽量保证中钻臂与吊篮臂居中,左右钻臂对称,臂架间最小
距离大于 10cm。操作如下:
In order to ensure the stability of the whole machine, the boom should be closed and

adjusted according to the profile of the tunnel. After the closure, the middle drill arm and basket

arm should be centered as far as possible, the left and right drill arms should be symmetrical, and

the minimum distance between booms should be more than 10cm. The operation is as follows:

一、使用“发动机钥匙开关”启动设备发动机,按下驾驶操作台上的“PTO”
与“RPM”(新手不建议启动 RPM);
I. Use the "engine key switch" to start the engine of the equipment, and press the "PTO" and

"RPM" on the operating table (it is not recommended to start the RPM if you are not familiar

with the operation);

二、将设备的臂架收拢,尽量放低(需保证行走时油管不拖地),调整为行
走的状态。
II.Pull the arm frame of the equipment and lower it as low as possible (ensure that the oil

pipe does not mop the ground when the machine runs), and adjust it to the state of walking.

1.3 收支腿

1.3 Revenue and expenditure leg


先按下驾驶操作台上的两个“后支腿升”按钮,再按下使能键,待收至一半
行程时,松开;之后按下驾驶操作台上的两个“前支腿升”按钮,再按下使能键,
待收至一半行程时,松开;重复上述操作,待支腿完全缩回到位。按下两个“前
支腿缩”按钮与使能键,待缩回到位。
First press the two "rear leg lift" buttons on the driving platform, then press the enable button,

and release when you are halfway to the drive. Then press the two "front leg lift" buttons on the

driving platform, then press the enable button, and release when you are halfway through the

journey. Repeat until the leg is fully retracted. Press the two "front leg retract" buttons and

第二章 行驶操作规范

Chapter II Driving operation specifications

2.1 司机标准

2.1 The driver standard


驾驶 ZYS113/ME 全智能三臂凿岩台车的司机必须是由经过铁建重工技术培
训,且认定合格后方能驾驶。
The driver of the ZYS113/ME computeriezd 3-boom drilling jumbo must be trained and

certified as qualified by CRCHI.

2.2 档位控制

2.2 Gear control


一、启动发动机,踩下脚刹,解除手刹(亮绿灯)。
I. Start the engine, apply the foot brake and release the hand brake.

二、根据台车位置,拨动驾驶开关(F-前进挡,R-后退档)。若路途较为宽
敞平坦可选择加档,加油门提速后再拨一下二挡,再拨一下三挡,前进后退档切
换时需待设备停稳后进行,减档需先减速。

gear). If the road is relatively spacious and flat can choose to gear up, after the refueling door

2.3 上坡与下坡

2.3 Uphill and downhill


由于设备较重,控制较为困难,工作环境视野差,因此上下坡应特别注意,
以免出现事故。
Due to heavy equipment, difficult control, poor vision of the working environment, so the

slope should be paid special attention to avoid accidents.

一、上坡必须采用一档,以免发动机及变速箱负荷过大,造成设备损坏;
1. gear must be used on the slope to avoid excessive load of the engine and gearbox, causing

damage to the equipment;

二、上坡时不可将油门踩到底不放,这样会造成散热困难,甚至导致发动机
自动停机;
2. Do not press the accelerator pedal to the bottom when going uphill, which will cause heat

dissipation difficulties and even cause the engine to stop automatically;

三、下坡时必须使用发动机行驶,不可空档滑行。
3.Downhill must use the engine to run, not idle taxi.

2.4 行驶注意事项

2.4 Driving precautions


由于设备整体尺寸较长,且隧道内视野较差,因此驾驶设备时至少需两个人
相互协作,一人驾驶设备,一人观察行驶状况。

observe the driving condition.
一、行驶前,观察臂架是否与设备车身平行;
1. Before driving, observe whether the arm is parallel to the body of the equipment;

二、行驶至洞口时,观察吊篮与驾驶室高度是否合适(避免与洞内障碍物干
涉),微调臂架位置(未伸支腿时,微调臂架会出现报警,若需大幅度调整必须
降下支腿保证整机平稳性);拨动“驾驶室拨动开关”与使能键,降至合适位置;
驾驶室升降时,注意检查驾驶室下面的安全球阀是否处于开启状态。

the cab is lifting, please check whether the safety ball valve under the cab is in the open state.

二、行驶时需常开警示灯,会车时鸣喇叭,尽量在宽敞直线处会车。
3. Driving must always open warning lights, when meeting the horn, as far as possible in a

wide straight line meeting.

四、转弯时,可停车微调臂架位置,不允许大幅度摆臂导致重心不稳的现象。
4. When turning, can stop to fine-tune the boom position, do not allow a large swing arm to

cause the center of gravity instability.

五、驾驶设备在隧道前进过程中,须注意隧道两边的障碍物与顶部风管等设
施。

特别提醒:未伸支腿时,操作臂架,可能引起凿岩台车倾翻、损坏及人身
安全。

第三章 施工准备工序

3.1 隧道参数导入

1、隧道中心线为轮廓图的原点(0,0,0)。

3.2 设计炮孔图

3.2 Design hole plan


根据开挖隧道的设计轮廓、支护方式、围岩等级等设计合理的炮孔图,并将
其同步到设备电脑中。操作人员注意与测绘人员沟通,对于围岩情况出现变化的

岩层,应提前准备好轮廓图与炮眼图,并及时修改钻爆方案。
According to the design outline of excavation tunnel, support method,
surrounding rock grade, etc. The operator should pay attention to communicate with
the surveying and mapping personnel. For the rock strata with changing surrounding
rock conditions, the contour map and hole map should be prepared in advance, and
the drilling and blasting plan should be modified in time.

3.3 定位准备

3.3 Positioning preparation


1、安装预埋件。
1. Install embedded parts.

首先需在拱墙上安装 3 个预埋件(喷浆时注意保护预埋件),每个预埋件的
间距约为 15m,预埋件离台车最远距离不得大于 45m。

protect the embedded parts when spraying). The spacing of each embedded part is about 15m,

and the maximum distance from the embedded parts to the trolley should not be greater than

45m.

2、待预埋件稳固后,安装标靶。
2. After the embedded parts are stable, install the target.

3、测量员使用全站仪测量三个标靶的坐标。
3. The surveyor USES the total station to measure the coordinates of the three targets.

3.4 停车到位

3.4 Parking in place


台车将到掌子面时,应尽量位于隧道中心线,待台车开至钻臂末端离掌子面
约 1.5-2m 处时,放下支腿,轻微动作臂架,观察整机的摇晃程度,调整前后支
腿的高度。
When the jumbo reaches the palm surface, it should be located in the center line of the

tunnel as far as possible. When the jumbo reaches the point where the end of the drilling arm is

about 1.5-2m from the palm surface, lower the supporting leg and slightly move the arm frame

to observe the shaking degree of the whole machine and adjust the height of the supporting leg

before and after.

特别提醒:台车停放地面须坚实平整。
Special reminder: the parking ground must be firm and level.

3.5 外接水电

3.5 External water and electricity


由于设备配备的水管、电缆长度有限,随着施工进度的推进,需协调相关人
员将外接水管、电源接至合适位置,既能满足设备施工使用,又能避免配电柜、
水管等设施被爆破过程中的飞石毁坏。
Due to the limited length of water pipes and cables equipped with the equipment, with the

progress of the construction, it is necessary to coordinate relevant personnel to connect the

external water pipes and power supply to the appropriate location, which can not only meet the

requirements of the equipment construction, but also avoid the power distribution cabinet,

water pipes and other facilities being destroyed by flying stones in the process of blasting.

1、现场供电配置
1. On-site power supply configuration

设备总装机功率为 325kw,自带 100 米 3×240 mm2+3×50 mm2 的国标铜


电缆。设备正常工作电压范围为 340-420VAC。
The total installed power of the equipment is of 325kw, with 100 meters 3×240 mm2+3×

50 mm2 national standard copper cable. The normal operating voltage range of the equipment is

340-420vac.

如图所示为能保证设备正常运行所需客户配置的变压器、电缆、电气柜参数。
As shown in the figure, the parameters of transformer, cable and electric cabinet configured

by customers to ensure the normal operation of the equipment are as follows.

1)发电机或者变压器配置
1. Generator or transformer configuration

发电机或者变压器输出电压应为 380VAC,且其容量需≥500kVA。为保证设
备电气器件能正常工作,请用变压器供电。

The output voltage of the generator or transformer shall be 380VAC, and its capacity shall be

≥500kVA. In order to ensure that the electrical components of the equipment can work normally,

please use transformer power supply.

2)客户电缆配置
2. Customer cable configuration

除了设备用电外,考虑洞内可能会接入其他负载且铝线容易发热,客户从洞
外接入洞内的电缆应使用大于 240 mm2 的铜电缆(3 相+1 接地)。推荐使用 3x300
mm2+1 x150mm2 的国标铜线。
In addition to the equipment electricity, considering that the hole may be connected to

other loads and the aluminum wire is easy to heat, the customer should use copper cable

(3-phase +1 ground) larger than 240 mm2 to connect the cable from outside the hole to the hole.

3x300 mm2+1 x150mm2 national standard copper wire is recommended.

注:如果变压器距设备超过 500m 时则需移动变压器,以保证供电电压稳定。


Note: if the transformer is more than 500m away from the equipment, the
transformer should be moved to ensure the stable supply voltage.
3)客户配电柜配置
3. Customer distribution cabinet configuration

设备电缆接线的配电柜需配备 630A 或以上断路器,以方便设备接线和供电


保护。
630A or above circuit breakers shall be provided for the distribution cabinet connected by

the cables of the equipment to facilitate the connection of the equipment and the protection of

power supply.

注:如断路器过小,设备接线鼻子则无法接入断路器。
Note: if the circuit breaker is too small, the device wiring nose cannot be connected to the

circuit breaker.

2、现场供水配置
2. On-site water supply configuration

设备自带 100m 水管,进水水压 1-10bar(设备进水口),考虑管路损失,

洞口水压为 4-10bar、流量为 300L/min 较适宜。考虑斜井或有高处水源,可参照
如图所示两种方案:
The equipment is equipped with 100m water pipe, and the inlet water pressure is 1-10bar

(the inlet of the equipment). Considering the loss of pipeline, it is better to have the inlet water

pressure of 4-10bar and the flow rate of 300L/min. Considering the inclined well or the high

water source, two schemes can be referred to as shown in the figure:

1)高处水源
1. High water source

高处水源供水往往引自几百米以上蓄水池,在保证流量满足情况下,水源高
度>100m 时,一般都压力较高,为保证设备正常使用压力,需在设备进水口配
置进水减压阀,从而限定进入设备的水压<10bar。
The water supply from the upper water source is usually from a reservoir several hundred

meters above. When the water source is at the height of > 100m and the flow is guaranteed, the

pressure is generally high. In order to ensure the normal pressure of the equipment, the inlet of

the equipment needs to be equipped with an inlet pressure reducing valve to limit the water

pressure of the equipment to < 10bar.

2)水箱供水
2. Water supply from water tank

水箱容积需至少满足一个班的用水量,按设备钻孔两小时计算,根据水源供
水流量,一般需 24-36 方的水箱,具体视工地情况而定。供水管道口径建议至少

为 DN100,以避免设备进洞较深时影响水流量。在高压水管与设备连接处安装与
设备管路相匹配的 2 寸手动球阀及相应 2 寸接头,设备配有快速接头(内螺纹)。
The volume of the water tank shall meet the water consumption of at least one shift. It shall

be calculated according to the equipment drilling for two hours. According to the water supply

flow of the water source, the water tank of 24-36 square meters is generally needed. The

diameter of water supply pipe is recommended to be at least DN100 to avoid the influence of

water flow when the equipment enters the hole deep. Install 2-inch manual ball valve and

corresponding 2-inch joint matching with the equipment pipeline at the connection of

high-pressure water pipe and equipment. The equipment is equipped with quick joint (internal

thread).

增压泵选择与隧道的情况有很大关系,按隧道是斜井、主洞以及横洞进行具
体考虑:
The choice of booster pump has a great relationship with the tunnel, according to the tunnel

is the inclined well, the main hole and the transverse hole for specific consideration:

1)斜井隧道情况,设备施工面会和供水位置有落差,这种情况下,只需保
证设备使用前期水压保证在 1bar 以上,随着施工距离的深入,往下的落差会弥
补管路压降。
1. In the case of inclined tunnel, there will be a drop between the equipment construction

surface and the water supply position. In this case, only the water pressure in the early stage of

the equipment should be above 1bar. With the deepening of the construction distance, the drop

down will make up for the pipeline pressure drop.

2)主洞和横洞隧道情况,隧道如果坡度较小,则可以增加扬程为 50-100m
功率为 15-22kw 的增压水泵。如果隧道坡度较大,后期随着施工距离的深入,在
隧道内适当位置设置小型水箱和增压水泵进行接力,以满足现场的供水需求。
2.Main and transverse tunnel. If the slope of the tunnel is small, a pressurized water pump

with a lift of 50-100m and a power of 15-22kw can be added. If the slope of the tunnel is large,

small water tank and pressurized water pump should be set in the appropriate position in the

tunnel to meet the demand of water supply.

除以上内容之外,设备对水质有一定的要求。在设计水箱时,出水口除保证
口径大小为 DN100 外,还需离水箱底部约 300mm 的位置,以保证不会吸入水箱
沉淀。如果水质过差则需过滤处理。水箱底部要预留排污口,便于定期清理。
In addition to the above, the equipment has certain requirements for water quality. In the

design of the water tank, in addition to ensuring that the diameter of the outlet is DN100, it

should be about 300mm away from the bottom of the tank to ensure that the tank will not be

inhaled precipitation. If the water quality is too bad, it should be filtered. The bottom of the tank

should be reserved for sewage outlet to facilitate regular cleaning.

3、水电准备工作。
3. Water and electricity preparation

为了使设备正常有效的工作,在初到工地时应检查隧道内水源的水质与压
力,水质差应协调工地增加过滤装置,水压低应要求施工单位加大水泵功率,水
压过高则应在外接水处加减压阀。设备整机装机功率较大,施工单位应准备好外
接大电的电缆和配电柜,且安装稳固,做好防水措施。

large. The construction unit should prepare cables and distribution cabinets for external

connection of large power, and make sure the installation is stable and waterproof measures are

taken.

4、收放水管电缆。

当设备开至外接水电处时,使用吊带将水管捆扎在外接水源出口附近,将电
缆用吊带捆扎在外接配电柜附近,设备缓慢前进,整个过程中设备操作手与指挥
人员必须使用对讲机实时沟通,协调隧道施工相关人员将水管、电缆放在隧道侧
面,防止来往车辆倾轧,待设备行驶至指定位置后,松开吊带接好水电。

特别提醒:切忌设备未到指定位置便接好水电,以免电缆、水管收放不及
时拉倒配电柜和外接水管,造成安全事故。
Special reminder: do not connect the water and electricity to the designated location of the

equipment, so as to avoid the cable, water pipes not timely put down the distribution cabinet

and external water pipes, resulting in safety accidents.

5、试用水电。
5. Try water and electricity

观察大电是否存在相序错误,观察外接水压力表压力是否适合。
Observe whether there is a phase sequence error in the large electricity, and observe

whether the pressure of the external water pressure gauge is suitable.

3.6 定位

3.6 Positioning
待停车到位后,启动电脑采用扫描仪两点定位法定位。
After the parking is in place, start the computer to use the scanner to locate the legal

position at two points.

3.6.1 两点定位

3.6.1 Two point Install and position the target at the three targets close to the
equipment. The target installation should be firmly fastened. Pay attention to
observe whether the bottom surface of the target installation screw is closely
attached to the embedded part. Try to use the same specification of embedded parts
and installation screws, if not consistent, should remember the installation order.
1、安放标靶。
1. Set the target.

在靠近设备的三个靶点安装定位标靶,标靶安装应紧固牢靠,注意观察靶标
安装螺钉底面是否紧贴预埋件。尽量使用同一种规格的预埋件与安装螺钉,若不
一致,应记好安装顺序。

installation should be firmly fastened. Pay attention to observe whether the bottom surface of

the target installation screw is closely attached to the embedded part. Try to use the same

specification of embedded parts and installation screws, if not consistent, should remember the

installation order.

2、定位。
2. Positioning

1.进入 bever plan 界面,点击“CF1:工作面”或者直接点击“F1:下一步”。

参数。在钻孔数据窗口中按下 F4~F6 按钮对不同的钻臂参数进行设置。如下图所示

在更改设置时,有 F1,F2 两个选项,F1, F2 中又各有两个框,

不宜过快,可以通过下图红色圈所示的黄色旋钮进行调节。以钻头到达掌子面,
钻杆不弯曲变形为宜。

速钻进)模式。如果需将正常钻进模式转换为领孔模式,则往前推一点,并保持
半秒;若需切换为停止,则往后拉一点,保持半秒;若需退回,往后拉到底。钻
到设定深度时,也会自动回退至钻孔前的状态。
