1. Background: (Brand/target audience/social media platforms / timings). (100 words).

The man in this video is a motivational speaker called Steve Harvey. In this video he speaks about how
women can be the reason for a man to change. He has used wise words to make people understand the
message directly. It became one of the most used quotes of his. His target audience are young adults
and adults in both genders. This video was found in most used social media platforms because of its
massive views, such as, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and, Facebook. The timing of the video is 1 minute
(60 seconds)

2. Write the reasons why the campaign was successful? (100 words)

I my personal opinion, the reason it was successful is because of the speaker’s tone. He has used
deep tone, which made his story attractable and made his story even more inspiring to people and
made them sensitive about it. He also has used very specific wise words that makes people very
focused and attracted to what he is saying. Including that his face and body expression, made his
words more flexible, reliable, and attractive.

3. Write the SUCCES Framework. (150 – 250 words)

S The video is simple and very easy to understand and motivating. It didn’t need any
more work on it or effort. It attracted young adults and adults. Aged 20 and above
for both genders. It inspires the women to make a change in men.

U The reaction of the audience was unexpected. Where they all started clapping and
screaming for the speaker, because of him saying such simple words with a big
meaning. And made this video has 4.5 million views only on YouTube.

C The visual appeal of Steve Harvey (the speaker) speaking while the audience are
reacting to his words.

C The story is believable, as it speaks facts about the relationship between men and
women. Where it made this quote very well-known and useable in many situations.

E People felt emotional and connected to the sayings. This video makes the audience
related and would also change their way of thinking and be more reliable to the
story.

This video has an authentic appeal, making the story stay in our memory, leading to
people make a change about the other gender.

4. Explain the benefits and challenges of this video. (50 – 100 words)
The benefit of this video is that, inspires people to think differently about relationship, make women
change men to better, and make a man give a chance to woman to help him be a better person. On the
other hand, a lot of men does not believe that women can be the reason for their change, they think
that they can change themselves without having women in their lives, and women has nothing to do
with men changing.
