1. What does the picture depict? How can you relate this to the discussion on the concepts of CSR?
The picture mainly shows how some company took advantage of their Corporate Social responsibility. Based on
The picture, company organized a charity event which is run for a cause as part of their corporate social
responsibility that aims to raise money for the organizations individuals that the company supporting, yet the
intentions is far from the reality. Some companies are being unethical in terms of their corporate social responsibility
wherein that the money they will raise there will be given to the foundations that they are supporting, this claim
encourage people to join the event.

2. Do you believe most companies today are not sincere in their CSR initiatives? Why or Why not?
NO, because I still believe that majority of today’s companies are sincere in their theory CSR initiatives, because
the Corporate Social responsibility has a fluid definition, and can vary across different corporate programs that
benefits the community. Most of the companies are practicing their corporate social governance ethically and
honesty. As I reflect to them some of well-known companies or corporation in the country, I can see that they are
strengthening their corporate social governance not just for the benefits of the company but more on to help the
environment, the community and helps to take care and take accountability in the protecting our world.

3. What advice would you give to the corporate executive in this picture if you were to be asked?
You, as a part of corporate executives, you have to understand that CSR is defined as the responsibility of an
organization for the impact of its decisions and activities on society and environment, though transparent and ethical
behavior that Contribute to sustainable development, including heath and welfare of the society takes into account
the expectations of stakeholders is in compliance with applicable law and consistent with international norms of
behavior and is integrated throughout the organization and practiced in its relationshio.
