NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of ____, receipt of which
amount is hereby acknowledged, the VENDOR has sold, transferred and conveyed, as by these
presents he/she sells, transfers and conveys unto the VENDEE, he/she heirs, successors-in-
