DIVORCE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This contract is executed by and between:

XU, LIANHUA, Chinese citizen, of legal age, married [to

Zhan, Lishuang], with residence at 39-A Wharton Parksuites,
No. 1249 Masangkay St., corner La Torre St., Tondo,
Manila, hereinafter referred to as the “FIRST PARTY”

- and -

ZHAN, LISHUANG, Chinese citizen, of legal age,

married [to Xu, Lianhua], with residence at 39-A Wharton
Parksuites, No. 1249 Masangkay St., corner La Torre St.,
Tondo, Manila, hereinafter referred to as the “SECOND
PARTY”.

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the FIRST and SECOND PARTIES are Chinese citizen, who got
married [to each other] under Philippine laws. Their Certificate of Marriage is hereto
attached as Annex “A”.

WHEREAS, the FIRST and SECOND PARTIES have agreed to separate and
divorce themselves as allowed by Article 31 of the Marriage Law of the People’s
Republic of China [as amended on 31st April 2001].

WHEREFORE, for and in consideration of the conditions and stipulations stated

below, the FIRST and SECOND PARTIES have agreed as follows:

1. SEPARATION: THAT they have decided to live separately.

2. DIVORCE: THAT they decided to terminate their marital relationship and

dissolve their marriage through signing this agreement.

3. SEPARATION: THAT the FIRST and SECOND PARTIES will register this
agreement in the Registry of Marriage in People’s Republic of China and through
the Chinese Embassy in the Philippines.

4. STRICT COMPLIANCE: THAT they shall strictly abide in good faith with
the conditions and stipulations agreed upon for the benefit and welfare of their
children and the PARTIES’ mutual benefit as well.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have signed this contract of support on

this 18th day of December 2018 at Manila, Philippines.

BEFORE ME, this 03rd December 2018, personally appeared Mr. Xu, Lianhua
and Mrs. Zhan, Lishuang with their respective Chinese issued Passports No.
____________ issued on __________________ valid up to __________________
and E99802879 issued on 08th June 2017 valid up to 07th June 2027 known to me to
be the same persons who executed the foregoing DIVORCE AGREEMENT, and
they acknowledged to me that the same is their free and voluntary act and deed.

THIS INTRUMENT refers to support signed by the parties and witnesses,

consisting of two [2] pages, including this acknowledgment.
