CONTRACT FOR SUPPORT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This CONTRACT FOR SUPPORT is executed by and between:

XU, LIANHUA, Chinese citizen, of legal age, married [to

Zhan, Lishuang], with residence at 39-A Wharton Parksuites,
No. 1249 Masangkay St., corner La Torre St., Tondo,
Manila, hereinafter referred to as the “FIRST PARTY”

- and -

ZHAN, LISHUANG, Chinese citizen, of legal age,

married [to Xu, Lianhua], with residence at 39-A Wharton
Parksuites, No. 1249 Masangkay St., corner La Torre St.,
Tondo, Manila, hereinafter referred to as the “SECOND
PARTY”.

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the FIRST and SECOND PARTIES are Chinese citizen, who got
married [to each other] under Philippine laws. Their Certificate of Marriage is hereto
attached as Annex “A”.

WHEREAS, two [2] children, namely Sabrina Zhan Xu [born on 17th April 2008] and
Stella Zhan Xu [01st July 2017] were born during their marriage. Their Certificate of
Live Birth are hereto attached as Annexes “B” and “C”.

WHEREAS, the FIRST and SECOND PARTIES have agreed to separate and
divorce themselves as allowed by Article 31 of the Marriage Law of the People’s
Republic of China [as amended on 31st April 2001]. A copy of their Divorce Agreement is
hereto attached as Annex “D”.

WHEREAS, the FIRST and SECOND PARTIES have agreed to enter a contract
of support for the benefit and care of their children required for the approval of
their divorce and of the SECOND PARTY.

WHEREFORE, for and in consideration of the conditions and stipulations stated
below, the FIRST and SECOND PARTIES have agreed as follows:

1 : AMOUNT OF MONTHLY SUPPORT:

THAT the FIRST PARTY shall give a monthly support of FIVE HUNDRED
THOUSAND [Php.500,000.00] PESOS Philippine Currency, to cover all the needs of
the two [2] children and of the SECOND PARTY, including but not limited to
everything indispensable for sustenance [foods and vitamins], dwelling [residence, apartment
and vacation], clothing, medical attendance, education [school tuition, extra-curricular and
enrollment fees in sports and social activities until graduate courses if the children opted to further their studies]
and transportation.

2 : PERIOD OF SUPPORT:

THAT the FIRST PARTY shall give the monthly support to the SECOND PARTY
without need of demand from the time of their separation or upon signing of this
agreement, whichever comes first, up to the time the children reached twenty-one
[21] years old until they finish their college education or higher/graduate courses
should they opted to seek higher studies [but not to exceed 30 years old].

3 : DEFAULT:

THAT the FIRST PARTY will not default for any reason. If the FIRST PARTY
defaults for three [3] consecutive months, the SECOND PARTY may seek judicial
action and the FIRST PARTY shall pay a three percent [3%] monthly interest from
date of default plus attorney’s fee of not less than Php.100,000.00 and other
litigation expenses that the SECOND PARTY may incur in the process.

4 : STRICT COMPLIANCE:

THAT the FIRST and SECOND PARTIES shall strictly abide in good faith with
the conditions and stipulations agreed upon for the benefit and welfare of their
children and the PARTIES’ mutual benefit as well.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have signed this contract of support on

this 03rd day of December 2018 at Manila, Philippines.

BEFORE ME, this 03rd December 2018, personally appeared Mr. Xu, Lianhua
and Mrs. Zhan, Lishuang with their respective Chinese issued Passports No.
____________ issued on __________________ valid up to __________________
and E99802879 issued on 08th June 2017 valid up to 07th June 2027 known to me to
be the same persons who executed the foregoing CONTRACT OF SUPPORT, and
they acknowledged to me that the same is their free and voluntary act and deed.

THIS INTRUMENT refers to support signed by the parties and witnesses,

consisting of three [3] pages, including this acknowledgment.
