COMPROMISE AGREEMENT with Waiver, Release and Quitclaim

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This COMPROMISE AGREEMENT with Waiver, Release and Quitclaim, executed this 25th day
of May 2021 in Kidapawan City, Cotabato, by and among:

Sharon Olba and Jenny Aniston, both of legal age, Filipino, single, with residence address at
Unit 906 Avenue cor. Segunda, Kidapawan City, hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTIES;

and

BRAD PITT of legal age, Filipino, married, with residence address at No. 10 Tundan Street,
Magsaysay, Kidapawan City hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY;

WITNESSETH: THAT

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTIES has been involved in a vehicular accident in the morning of May
23, 2021 at Quezon Avenue, Kidapawan City being the drivers of a Suzuki Jimny with plate no.
XPE 842 and hitting the SECOND PARTY;

WHEREAS the vehicle of the FIRST PARTY has incurred damages on the front portion thereof;

WHEREAS the SECOND PARTY sustained physical injuries because of the said accident and is
now being treated at the Kidapawan Medical Hospital;

WHEREAS the FIRST PARTIES have already extended financial help in favor of the SECOND
PARTY during the second day of the latter’s hospitalization in the sum of more or less TEN
THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) Philippine Currency;

WHEREAS, both parties are desirous of settling amicably the incident and thereby avoiding a
long and costly litigation;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties hereby undertake
as follows:

1. The FIRST PARTY shall voluntarily undertake to give the additional sum of EIGHTY
THOUSAND PESOS (P 80,000.00) Philippine Currency in favor of the SECOND PARTY to
answer for the latter’s medical needs and whatever damages he may have sustained due
to the said accident :
2. The parties agree to, release each other free from any liabilities and obligation/s
whatsoever resulting from the accident, including all claims and counterclaims therein,

and agree not to file any case, whether civil, administrative or criminal, of any kind or
nature whatsoever, in any court, tribunal, or government agencies exercising quasi-
judicial function arising from the same facts, incident, claim, cause or causes of action.
3. The parties hereby mutually, irrevocably, freely and voluntarily release and forever
discharge one another, from any and all manner of action, causes of action, sum of
money, damages, liability, responsibility, obligation, claims and demands whatsoever in
law or equity, which they had, now have, or may have against each other, including, but
not limited to, actual, moral, exemplary and all other damages or causes of action
provided for under the law, if any, arising, directly or indirectly, from the facts and
circumstances, all of which claims or causes of action by these presents the parties
hereby abandon and waive.
4. This agreement shall not in any way be construed as an admission on the part of any
party of any fault, negligence or liability, of whatever kind and nature, in connection with
the aforementioned accident. 5. The parties shall abide with the provisions of this
compromise agreement in utmost good faith.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hand this 24th day of May 2021 in
Kidapawan City, Cotabato.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Known to me the same persons who presented and executed the foregoing
agreement and acknowledged to me that same is their voluntary acts and signed the same as
their own free deed.
