SMART GOAL
By SY 2024 – 2025, Hanawan Elementary School has 100% Grade Ready/
Independent and Numerate Learners who practices moral values.
OBJECTIVES
1. Enhance the ways to achieve high-performance of learners in all grade
levels through structured and explicit lessons which include differentiated
instruction in teaching reading and math;
2. Improve competencies of teachers in the science of reading and math and
in the development of learning resources;
3. Build good character among learners through imbibing fifteen (15) moral
values;
4. Create a support system by increasing the number of stakeholders who
will be engaged in the implementation of the project;
5. Generate funds to sustain the projects, programs and activities of the
school; and
6. Practice teamwork of internal and external stakeholders to gain high-
performance of young learners.

Literacy
Year 1: SY 2022 – 2023:
1. 100% or 226 of the Grades 1 to 3 who need Full, Moderate, and Light
Intervention in Central Bikol are Grade Ready.
2. 100% or 167 of Grades 2 to 3 who need Full, Moderate, and Light
Intervention in Filipino are Grade Ready.
3. 100% or 85 of the Grade 3 who need Full, Moderate, and Light
Intervention in English are Grade Ready.
4. 100% or 31 of the Grade 4 to 6 Non-Readers who need Full, Moderate,
and Light Intervention are Independent Readers in the target grade level.
5. 100% or 192 of the Grades 4 to 6 Frustration and Instructional Level
Readers are Independent Readers in the target grade level.
6. 100% or 61 of the Grade 1 who need Full, Moderate, and Light
Intervention are Grade Ready in Filipino Listening Comprehension.
7. 100% or 72 of the Grade 2 who need Full, Moderate, and Light
Intervention in English Listening Comprehension are Grade Ready in
English Listening Comprehension.
