CHAPTER I.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

PIZZA BITES is inspired by the “Pizza Rolls” from the Italian immigrants Jeno Paulucci and
credited by Giuseppe Argiro. It was in Duluth, Minnesota, where the contemporary dish was
first created. The first pizza roll was invented there, where Jeno also got the idea to stuff egg
roll wrappers with pizza toppings. Therefore, despite the fact that some people might believe
that this meal originated in Italy, it was actually created in the United States. The product itself
is prepared in a bite sized that serves as a tasty treat for everyone with different preferences
and taste buds. It is also best served with beverages. With a affordable price and became one of
the “trends” from the youth, every customer with Italian-American and Filipino heart will surely
love these product.

PIZZA BITES is located at Manuel L.Quezon Street, Bagumbayan Taguig City, Metro
Manila. It is one of the known barangays of Taguig City that everyone can familiarize with. From
being a part of the forest during the Spanish era to being one of the well-known barangays in
Metro Manila, its history spans several centuries. Bagumbayan being one the well known
barangays, the potential customers that we can attract to buy our product will be seen as a
advantage. We make sure that the space we rented in this location are easy to find and
Bagumbayan would be a remarkable place for them to visit for.

The uniqueness of PIZZA BITES is that it is not the common for everyone to come across
it on food and business stalls due to the product being related to the ‘Pizza’. We search for the
feel and mixed the Italian-American and Filipino ingredients for our product as well as the
cultures of each nation since we are in the Philippines. We choose a well-known location to
launch our small business because it is easier to find, and we also want them to experience the
fusion of three countries through the environment of our upcoming business. This makes it
unique, in that we promote our own and nurture of these tasty treats while fusing the new
trend through generations.
NAME OF THE FIRM: PIZZA BITES

Pizza Bites is the name of the firm, the name “Pizza” is an Italian dish that consists of a typically
round, flat base of leavened wheat-based dough topped with tomatoes, cheese, and frequently
a variety of other ingredients (such as different types of sausage, anchovies, mushrooms,
onions, olives, vegetables, meat, ham, etc.), which is then baked at a high temperature,
traditionally in a wood-fired oven. And “Pizza Snack Rolls” which refer to “bites” are a frozen
food product made up of bite-sized breaded pizza pockets that include cheese, tomato sauce,
and various pizza toppings inside. To emphasize the advertising of our product, we used the
orange color and the product itself as our logo which is the ‘pizza rolls'. When we first start to
plan what kind of company we should start in the future, the idea is closely related. To create a
bond between us both through our focus, goal-setting, perseverance, and sense of
accomplishment, which symbolizes the cooperation of our supporters and the fulfillment of
customers that will result from the completion of the Pizza Bites.

Pizza Bites enhanced the flavor of the food for the likings of our customer and also for their
satisfaction.

• Pizza Bites was the combination of deep symbolization of color ‘Orange' and the product
itself which is the ‘pizza rolls’.

ROUTE FROM SOUTH:
If you are in the Taguig or Parañaque Area:
Option 1: Ride a jeepney going to Tanyag or SM Bicutan and asked to be dropped off on
Waltermart Tanyag, where the tricycle terminal to Tanyag, South Daang Hari and Bagumbayan
is located.

Option 2: Ride a Bagumbayan-Signal jeepney from Sucat or Bagumbayan terminal and get
down on Severina street, you can ride a tricycle around the area and asked to be dropped off
on Assistco or Bagumbayan National High School.

ROUTE FROM NORTH:


If you are commuting to the Taguig or Pasay Area:
Option 1: On the intersection of Ayala and EDSA northbound side, across the footbridge of LRT-
1 and MRT-3 Station,there are multiple jeepneys bound for Bicutan-Alabang. Asked to be
dropped of on Waltermart Tanyag. You can ride a tricycle around the area and asked to be
dropped of on Assistco or Bagumbayan National High School.

Option 2: There are also jeepneys around C5 Road that are near on the jeepney terminal bound
for Market-Market or Alabang, take a jeepney route from Alabang and asked to be dropped of
on Waltermart Tanyag. You can ride a tricycle a tricycle around the area and asked to be
dropped off on Assistco or Bagumbayan National High School.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT


Pizza Bites was inspired by the famous Italian-American product which is the “Pizza Rolls”,
and also PIZZA BITES was a combination of Filipino ingredients that can found on the local
market and the Italian-American origin of the signature ingredients that serves as a bite size as
a tasty treat for everyone. Pizza bites are major complementary for cold beverages and
intended to be affordable to every customer.

MAJOR ASSUMPTION
• Our business will start on September 2029.
• Starting capital will be Php 1, 500,000.00
• Profit sharing will be equal on General Partnership
• Sales will be increased 15% every 2 months
• Daily transaction will be cash basis and online payment
• Franchising will be available every 2 year
• Plan to expand after 3 years
• Customers will be become a personal guests of potential shareholders.
• Have an online advertisement through social media engagements etc.
