2500 system with other manufacturers diagnostic ECG equipment.
The kit includes a cable with various connectors to provide a
connection between the AUX 1 input port on the SONOS 2000/2500
system and the external ECG output port on the other
manufacturers ECG equipment. To make this connection, refer to the
instructions in the physio interface kit.
If installing Model 77450C DSR, install new DSR and DSR-SCSI board
(77100-65310) with cable as instructed in chapter 3. Note that new DSR-SCSI
board will already have new option EPROMs, which are required for Revision
B.1 or greater. Note that 3D can not be used with DSR Models 77450A/B.
If system does not have correct Scanner I/O board, replace with new
Scanner I/O board 77160-65160.
If system already has new Scanner I/O board, return new board in box
provided in upgrade kit to ISY (U.S.A. and all other geographies).
If installing DSR, install new DSR and DSR-SCSI board (77100-65310) with

Use the procedures in this chapter to move peripherals from an old SONOS
system and install them in a new 2000/2500 system, or to simply install new
peripherals in an existing SONOS 2000/2500 system. After you install all of
the peripherals, you should check whether or not you need to set the system
peripheral settings and to configure the system, as described in chapter 5.
Also train the customer, if necessary.
Procedure:
1 If you are swapping an old SONOS system with a new SONOS 2000/2500
system, you must first perform installation instructions for the new sys-
tem. (Remove shipping crate/shipping blanket, connect monitor, install
gel/transducer holders.) (page 4-3)
2 Install peripherals. Refer to the list of peripherals and locate the proper
instructions. (page 4- 5)
