Are you facing any Technical
Issues? If your using mobile devices
and didn't work as expected, please
switch to desktop or laptop. Most of
the issues can be resolved using
browser cache clearing. Also, we
prefer using google chrome browser.

How To Use It / Food

Receipt Template
Instructions
Default Settings Button:
By selecting the “Default” button, it will
reset all the values back to standard
values. All the dynamic values (ex:
payment details ..etc) will get updated
each time you select the default button.

Default values:
Each template comes with a default
setting values based on our experience or
industry standards (example: Font types,
Font sizes, alignments, layouts ..etc.). The
online website provides all kind of flexibility
for customers who want to create
templates/receipts which make them
unique based on their country and local
specific standards.

Custom Image:
Most of the templates provides a way to
load custom images. You can choose any
image from the local folder for the
template. If you do not want the image,
please select “X” button to delete it.

Image size restriction:

We are restricting the image size, please
keep the image (logo) size less than 1 MB.

Font types:
You can choose different font types from
the drop-down. Some templates give you
the flexibility to choose the different fronts
for each section (Ex: Address section,
Payment section, Thank you sections ..etc).

Font sizes:
You can choose a different font size from
the drop-down. Some templates give you
the flexibility to choose the different fronts
for each section (Ex: Address section,
Payment section, Thank you sections ...etc).

Please choose according to your needs.

Alignment:
Choose the alignment “Left, Right or
Center” based on your needs.

Dynamic values:
Credit card authorization types, host or
helper details, Order number, and many
more fields are dynamic. Some of the
dynamic values you can be changed from
the “Input box”. Ex: Order Number, Host
Name ..etc

Use COMMA decimal

separator:
This feature used only in European
customers where there will be using
comma separator instead of regular “.”
separators.

Download Receipt:
After entering all the details and choose
the required selections, you can download
the PNG image file. What you see in the
template what you get. Sometime PNG
images may not be the same size as what
you are looking for, the best option is to
choose another great innovative idea of
“Resize or Consolidate templates”. It gives
you options too choose many images and
allows you to select individual images to
resize horizontally or vertically online. It
also allows you to place the image where
you need it. This will give you the BEST
results. Please do not miss it.

Template Tips:
If you want additional blank spaces after
food items, select items “+” (blank) so that
it will add little extra space needed.
We are also supporting white spaces in
text boxes or text areas. If you want
spaces or lines please feel free to enter.

Print / Templates resize

suggestions:
If you see any issues, please reach us
using “Contact Us” . It will help us improve
or rectify if any issues.
If users want to print the receipt, drag and
drop the receipts into word documents
and resize the image (by selecting the
image corners and readjust the image).

If you don’t have winword.exe in your
computer, then you can use online “resize
functionality and follow the instruction in
the page”. After downloading the final
image, you can print using the local
computer paint or image tool options.

Email Receipt:

This feature available only for

registered/signed customers. Instead of
downloading the image, we will email the
receipt directly to your registered email.

Copy & Paste:

This feature available only for
registered/signed customers (because we
store customer templates at a secured
place that can be accessible only by the
customer using their credentials).
Copy and paste functionality will gives
options to save the customized template
with your name and use it later when you
need it. you can modify custom templates
when you need it. It is one of the greatest
features which minimize customer time.
Define once and use it as many times as
you need. All the customized templates
will be saved at secured locations and
only customers can access saved
templates using their credentials.
