All Others Concerned This Division 6M DIVISION KINDERGARTEN FESTIVAL OF TALENTS . In line with the Children’s Month celebration in November 2022, the Tandag City Division will conduct its 6" Division Kindergarten Festival of Talents on November 4, 2022, at TC SPED Center, Tandag City Surigao del Sur. All districts, through its Districts In-Charge, are reminded to conduct district elimination on October 31 ,2022 while the final list of entries per district shall be submitted on November 3 ,2022 to Tandag City Division Kindergarten Focal Person, Dr. Nieves B. Sacay. Participants to this Division Kindergarten Festival of Talents are all winners from the five (5) Districts with kindergarten classes. It is reiterated that no disruption of classes will be done during the elimination. No registration is required however, travelling, and other expenses relevant to the participation in the said activity shall be charged to School MOOE funds / other local funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. . Attached are the Registration Form, Official piece of Nursery Rhyme Recitation and the list of events to be contested with the guidelines and mechanics per event. Participants in this competition are those currently enrolled in the school they are representing. Districts In-Charge must submit the official list of their respective contestants a day before the contest to Tandag City Division Focal Person, Dr. Nieves B. Sacay. Contest venue for the drawing is set at Redesigned Classroom of TC SPED SPED Center and shall be done after the opening program. Vocal Solo and Nursery Rhyme Recitation will be done at TC SPED Center Covered court after the opening program. Mechanics in the conduct of the contest per event shall be strictly followed. Winners per event will be declared by the Board of Judges. All winners shall be determined through point system to declare the champion, 1° and 2" runners up. Each contestant will recite an official piece for Nursery Rhyme Recitation. Only winners in the district wil join in the Division Kindergarten Festival of Talents. 2. The attire of the contestant is “School Uniform” only and this shall be strictly followed. Failure to comply/ follow with the above will be deducted points per rule. 3. The decision of the Board of Judges shall be final. 4.
