1.2 Situation before course attendance

The former OSHE Coordinator was handling SW management

in ABC during his appointment. He had attended CePSWaM course in
Feb 2019 and passed both written and practical exam. Due to changes
in jobscope and portfolio, he gave up the OSHE Coordinator post.

I was assigned as a new ABC OSHE Coordinator in Sep 2019

and recently attended Department of Occupational Safety and
Health (DOSH) Door-to-Door program and was certified as
Occupational Safety and Health Coordinator (OSH-C).

ABC Management had arranged me to attend CePSWaM

course in Sep 2019. Without any basic knowledge in managing SW and
also related regulations to SW, there is no transaction nor changes
being done before attending the course.
