ENGINEER
 Coordinates and Supervises all is Installation and Commissioning activities related to the
project, managing the project resources
 Review and approve the Design concepts for the overall projects.
 Liaise with the various vendors on the Project installation and commissioning
 Approves Installation and Commissioning planning documents of the project.
 Ensures the Commissioning & Qualification schedule is developed and maintained
 Work collaboration with various team (cross functional team, Production, Process/ Product Engineering
& QA) to achieve the desired quality & output
 Ensure the line yield is met using various control methods like a SPC, FMEA, Cp, Cpk
 Ensures Startup of equipment is completed in a safe and coordinated manner
 Assist in the development of User Requirement Specifications (URS's) and Quality Risk
Assessment for Equipment and Automated Systems (QRAES)
 Supporting for Factory Acceptance test (FAT) and Site installation and commissioning with Site
Acceptance test (SAT) with proper documentation.
 Support yield improvement, cost reduction activities and cycle time reduction projects
 Support new product launch activities such as planning, M/C conversion, PQ , run TA,
monitor TA
 Hands on experience in Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron PLCs
 Worked in Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron HMI software for screen design and PLC Interface
 Develop the logic for PLC - Programming languages such as LD (Ladder Diagram) &
FBD (Functional Block Diagram)
 Hands on Practical exposure in Both Servo and VFD drives
 Hands on experience in Vision system for machine inspection
 Hands on experience in Barcode Readers in various brands
 Hands on experience in Traceability system
 Good debugging and problem-solving skills with excellent understanding of communication
between PLC and HMI
 Highly motivated, ability to work independently and as a part of the team with excellent Technical,
Analytical and Communication skills.
