Orizon Boon We are a Human resource consulting company situated in Lagos, Nigeria. We offer support and services in the
area of Human resource solutions with service offerings which include Human Resources consulting, training and
development, and recruitment. We are also a provider of business consulting and management services.

Training and Consulting


We recognize that people learn and respond to training in different ways. We therefore aim to strike a balance between
presenting essential background information, and facilitating participative exercises that are both challenging and motivating,
and these enable real experiential learning to take place. Our training style is relatively informal, but always appropriate to the
subject matter and to the situation. We believe that whilst personal effectiveness can be understood on an intellectual level,
learning that brings about the desired changes requires a supportive and enabling environment. We therefore encourage
delegates to explore their own behaviour, attitudes and potential during our courses, and to learn from their 'mistakes'. We
design all our courses to maximize real learning that can be transferred directly to the workplace

Leslie George has worked as a trainer/facilitator, consultant and Advisor for over seventeen (17) years, in
pertinent areas of Human Resources and Business Management.

He is a skilled and driven professional, who has a strong hold on applications of the working knowledge of HR
practices. He adapts theories to functional tools in business enhancement situations. Leslie specializes in
setting up the mechanisms and the processes to make HR and Business Management functional business
tools; in other words, how to make HR and Business Management formidable business success partners.

Having worked in the field of skills delivery, he understands the best ways to utilize tools for excellent results. For
well over a decade, he has driven the business of companies and individuals by helping them learn how to
adapt their workforce to the changing demands of the ever-changing corporate environment.

In addition to having worked as a Human Resource/Management Consultant, he has held the positions of
Head, Manpower Development and Group Head, Human Resources, and has offered services including
