2.4 workflow management
Bank workflow management is a method used to coordinate tasks within a financial organization.
Through bank workflow management, an organization examines its existing processes and account
opening procedures, and seeks to make them more efficient.
Effective bank workflow solutions help integrate an organization’s front, middle, and back offices.
A bank’s front office consists of client-facing roles like trading, research, and sales. The middle
office directly supports the front office team. Their roles include important functions like
compliance, accounting, and risk management. The back office serves in an operational capacity.
Common back office roles include settlements, technology, and HR.
In addition to getting a bank’s front, middle, and back offices working together seamlessly, bank
workflow solutions must help financial organizations to meet significant compliance and
regulatory challenges. Mistakes in bank work processes and other mishaps can lead to stiff
regulatory fines. Violations can also lead to negative publicity and irreparable damage to an
organization’s reputation.
Despite these risks, many financial institutions continue to rely on manual workflow processes.
Bank workflow management software helps banks to understand risk and boost compliance, while
streamlining processes and delivering optimal customer experiences.
Process Maker’s banking workflow solutions help banks to streamline account opening at their
institutions. Our low code platform can be used to provide industry leading customer experiences
for the following:

Part Three
3.1 In which section of the company you have been working and why?
I chosen Anbessa bank. This company(organization) because I would like to work in the bank or
bank has a lot of advantage for peoples that is my reason, the place near to my house and also, the
my hobbies work in the a bank .The institution has a lot of rule and regulation the one is about
clothing their clothing system is loved in my view . This initiated me work in this field of anbessa
bank in IT department
3.2 Which work piece or work tasks you have been executing.
During in my stay in the organization. I chosen the networking from the various sector because I
want to change the theory I gained from lecturer classes into provides adequate functional training
in the organization .
3.3 What types of System Development, tools and techniques you have been using
while performing your work tasks.
I seen how to configure switch, router, server and personal computer by using packet tracer. And
I see the maintenance in some way . I have seen how to open the computer and I seen the
hardware components of the computer like motherboard , power supply, and hard-disk(HDD) or
solid disk drive(SDD) , RAM and their slots space specially in modern pc and computers.
I have seen how to set up the network cable with RJ-45 this done by using crimper cutter.
packet tracer, crimper ,RJ-45 and pc for configure and to seen the hardware parts.
10
RJ45
RJ45 is a type of connector commonly used for Ethernet networking. It looks similar to a
telephone jack, but is slightly wider. Since Ethernet cables have an RJ45 connector on each end,
Ethernet cables are sometimes also called RJ45 cables. The "RJ" in RJ45 stands for "registered
jack," since it is a standardized networking interface. The "45" simply refers to the number of the
interface standard. Each RJ45 connector has eight pins, which means an RJ45 cable contains
eight separate wires. If you look closely at the end of an Ethernet cable, you can actually see the
eight wires, which are each a different color. Four of them are solid colors, while the other four
are striped.
The first thing you can do is simply check the wire size. You will find the measuring unit as
American Wire Gauge, also known as AWG. So, for example, the cable may come with a
measurement of 15 AWG.
Okay, what if you don’t have that information anywhere? Do you leave it like that? Of course
not! There is another way you can figure it out. That’s a hack we’re talking about here.
All you need to do is simply strip and take out a small length of the insulation of the wire. Now
be careful and put on your glasses if you need them. Count each wire strand you find in it. These
orange metal wire strands will give you a tough time in counting, but that’s how it’s done.
Now measure the diameter of a strand. As you can find the number of strands and the diameter
of one strand, simply multiply these two figures and you get the AWG measurement right away.
I. Choose the terminals that come with plating. It will mean you have low contact resistance
and corrosion-proofing.
II. Find the pre-insulation as the terminal will come with metal sleeves that are applied to
get a good grip on the wire.
11
III. Finally, find the turned pin as these are made from rod materials and they support the
connector creation.
In that case, choose the one that is designed to fit the crimp terminal you have in your hand. You
can get some idea from the maker on how to match the crimping tool to your terminal. But if you
fail to make that contact, don’t worry. Just find a tool that can house the terminal you have and
that comes with a ratchet design.

XV. Video Display Controller
Step 4: Crimp T
he Cable!
At this point, comes the crimping job. You need to follow a number of steps here, as well, to
make sure you are doing it absolutely right. So here are the steps
• Measure the length of the wire first. Then strip the end of the cable to a short
length. The stripping should be in such a way that when you enter the cable into
the crimper, there should be about 1 to 2 mm of wire hanging out of it. Now cut
down the insulation from the end and take the wire strands out.
• Now, place the wire into the crimping tool. Double-check if all the wire strands
are inserted.
• Now press the crimper against the cable with a good amount of force. Make sure
that the connector gets a good uneven shape while you press.
• Once done, remove the crimp and examine the wire. Make sure it is there in its
correct position. Check if the insulation itself is secured enough.
13
Step 5: Use The Heat shrink
Take the crimp and wire and fit the sleeve over these two. Check if the sleeve is in its
right position. Don’t let the sleeve cover the terminal end of the crimp. Now use a hot air
gun to make the tube shrink.
Precautions
Now that you know how crimping the cable wires works, here are a few points that you
need to consider.
3.4 What major challenges and problems you have been facing and identifying while
performing your work tasks.
The employees have no time for trainees intern student and employees have attention for intern
student
To make my internship sustainable and best we have to tries to make solution for our problems.
As the goal of internship to make solution for existing problem in company
3.5 What measures you have taken (propose as a solution for the selected problems)
in order to overcome these challenges and problem
In developing our project, we have practiced a lot of theories that previously we had been learning
in the class for three consecutive years. From our practical works , in terms of cable crimp I gained
skill in how to crimp cable and how to set up cable ..
14
From our internship project work, I have seen how to put our plan in cisco packet tracer before
install network cable in the reality.
Above all, from our internship practice we have upgraded our network configuration skills.
For doing any practical work, theoretical knowledge is the stepping stone for it. As a result:-
we have upgraded our theoretical knowledge by reading courses that we have learned in the
previous class, so many times over and over. In addition to academic theoretical knowledge, we
have gained different theories in relation to different business related environment not only that,
we have also upgraded our theoretical knowledge on the important steps needed for installing local
area network (LAN).
Under this topic we try to present the importance of executing personal task in a team. This means
that each member of the team must be responsible for the whole team success and failure. So, we
learned to be more responsible as individual and as a team. Team playing skills we gained from
the internship program includes :- Sharing of information between team members. From our
internship program we gained the way of sharing information, knowledge, and experience to take
the initiative to keep other team members informed. That means a team players must share all
relevant information to its members. We have learned that one team member must care about what
the team members are doing and their contribution to its success. We understood that the
knowledge of team is stronger than the individual persons’ knowledge and it is more effective. We
understood even in the future the knowledge of team is important if we share information and work
together
The internship is an important occasion to practice the assets of leadership. I have increased a lot
about leadership and we saw how important it is for a successful project. In doing our project, we
were able to improve our self-confidence as we have the willingness and inspiration to face any
difficulty in the project. The project helped to grow emotionally and learn from failure and success.
This, in turn, gave us a chance to learn project management, the technical approach and
methodology of a project. In conclusion, the internship helped us to grasp leadership skills such as
self-confidence, accountability and fa work ethics issues, company psychology and related issues
ir assignation of tasks.
Work ethics are defined by what you are willing to do when no one is watching you. I have
Understood that to work in companies respecting the work ethics is the main criteria of workers.
Each Worker respects the rules and ethics of the company. Some of good work ethics are:
15
The path to what we want to take action. A positive problem solving or goal attainment
I. Punctuality
II. Loyalty
III. Integrity
Taking responsibility Respecting collogues etc. When we first joined the ICT agency, our
supervisor gave us orientation on how we should act in SNNPR ICT agency. And every day we
took time to have decent character in our team. Because, we understood the fact that the more we
get close to others in ethical way the more we get benefit.
I. Optimistic thinker
II. Willingness to take risk
III. Must have a vision
IV. Motivated to lead
V. Overcoming fear of failure
VI. The ability to identify consumer’s “pain points”
VII. Endurance
16
Part Four
4.1 Methodology
Methodology For the achievement of our internship we used different approach as the hardness of the
project. Accordingly, the following procedure was used to overcome our difficulty and lastly, we achieved
our project in a good and best manner. Some methods are as listed as follow: Some methods are as listed
as follow.
Observation.
This is the first thing to start our project by surveying the overall design of the agency which we
aimed to do project or to upgrade current existing LAN design in to new design which solves the
problems listed in the statement of problem of the project. And we physically vested around the
agencies site or bureaus and collect some information to do our next task.
17
