BSCE-II HUMB245

1. If you are in the situation of Pongke, will you avenge the death of your brother
in your own
hands? Why or why not?
If I was in that situation, I would avenge my brother but not in my own hands
because we have the law that we need to follow. I understand the situation of Pongke
it’s his way to react in that situation, his environment is one of the factors that’s why
he acts carelessly and avenge his brother with his own hands. In that situation we can
act like we have the rights to put the law in our hands without thinking it is wrong, if
that situation happened to me I would act the same way pongke did but not that doing
the wrong way, I’m just being confused and for what just happen. In this case we did
to think first before we act, wee need to think if what were going to do is right or
wrong and what are the consequences of our actions. As I said we the law which in
the right way to take our revenge.
2. If you are in the situation of Pongke, will you retaliate against your rival gang?
In that situation, yes, I would take a revenge for my members because it is all
about the rivalry of the oppose group. I personally take my revenge by giving the
police their information and put them into jail and prove that my group has no bad
intention, and we did not start the fight. I like to punish them that make them suffer
and they will regret what they do. Fighting is not always be the solution of every fight
we just need to think what are best move first to defeat our enemy with just simple
move and doesn’t require any effort, from this we can reduce the casualties to our
side and both sides actually.
3. In your own perspective and relative to our module, what can you say with
these
statements? “Ang mundo ay para sa matibay lang.. Ang bata ay pwedeng maging
siga..
Dito ang bata pwedeng lumaban..Dito ang bata pwedeng maging Diyos”
In my own perspective in that statement, we can say this because the world
given us equal rights of living or we cant attained the rights that for the specific
person. First thing comes to my mind in that statement is when child is born in this
world he/she cannot chose the environment that he/she may live on, they can only
do is to adopt the environment like in the film the child can say these such words
because there he was born and shape his personality so he can say and think like that
because that’s what he sees every day. My point is justice is not for everybody, in this
world justice is the that they cannot afford especially in these environments.
