Procedures:
Judges will have a table in the front to use
Judges will receive copies of the evaluation rubric for every class
Judges need to evaluate the performance and the display and the overall work taking into consideration organization, collaboration,
and performance.
Results must not be shared till the second morning
Rubrics must be handed to Mr. Ali who will collaboratively finalize the results with Ms. Shahla
Judges must not share anything with students regarding who won or lost till the administration announces that in the second
morning.
Judges and HR teachers of the assigned class must stay and supervise the kids till they all leave safely.
