1. HACKING: (TACHA)
Locally people are use to call hacking as tacha.
Function:
To create friction between RCC structure & plaster.
Its done on RCC structure like column , beam & slab.
It is of two type :
I. Hand Hacking
II. Machine Hacking
I. Hand hacking:
It is done by hand using tool ace.
Its length is small & Its depth is more compare to machine hacking.
It more probably done on vertical portion like column.
II. Machine hacking:
It is done by using Glander machine.
Its length is large & its depth is less than hand hacking
Its more probably done on horizontal portion like beam & slab.

2 CHICKEN MESS:
It is net like structure, white in colour.
Breadthis about 140mm , length as per requirement.
It is provide at RCC & masonary joint & also of electricity wire joint.
Its joint by using concrete.
3 Cover :-
It is circular block like in shape of different size used to protect the visibility of
steel bar at outer face.
Also protect to steel bar does not get contact to ply & atm.
Sizes in MM :-
15 – 20 – 25 used in beam.
40 use inn column
50 – 65 – 75 used in foundation.

4 Counduct plan :-
The conduct planning is done in slab before casting for supply of electricity
wire. Its also called as concealed plan. Form slab to room.

5 Jack ( PROPS ) :-
Its provided to support of beam bottom slab & column.
It is placed is 90*, it can be of any length.

6 mid span ( acro ) :-

It can be of any length as per requirement.
Use of this reduce of using jack & it is use in longer span.
By using this prop is to provide only at the border side of longer span.
It has greater strength than jack.

7 Duct ( Shaft ) :-
It provide to supply of electricity wire , water supply pipe , rain water etc.
It is hidden in walls to give good appearance.
Hiding of some unwanted things & it is also called as concealed in technical
language.
8 Steel bar :-
No. of steel in column , beam & stirrup all is given in structural plan after
calculating all the loads occurring on slab , beam & column to the footing.
9 Podium portion:-
The portion which is in continue construction work except all the tower which
is to be in construct that is called as podium portion.
The portion where all amenities , garden , parking , children play ground ,
temple etc. is to be provide after complete of construction.
10. Passage :-
The area between two flat on each floor. It is 35mm down than each floor.
11 Sub-structure foundation:-
Steps :-
1) Excavation
- Footing – PCC ( Plain concrete cement )
- Footing can be of :
- Raft footing
- Step footing
- Pad footing
- Trapezoidal footing
- Combine footing

2) Footing Column :-
- GSB ( Granular sab base )
- PCC ( Plain cement concrete )
- Column up to 2nd basement
- Basement beam bottom & side
- 2nd basement slab basement slab

3) Column between 2nd basement to 1st basement

- Beam bottom side
- 1st basement slab
4) 1st basement to ground floor column :-
- Ground floor beam bottom & side
- Ground floor slab.

5) Column from ground floor to 1st floor :-

- 1st floor beam & side
- 1st floor slab

- This process will continue till 13th floor & terrace. From 2nd floor is
called as typical construction.
