Necessity :: 1- Badminton hall - Proposed to use indoor play ground during all weather
seasons,

Scope of Work :- 1- Dome type Badminton hall- size (60.0 x40.0) meter having stage and
spactators galary at both side.

Provisions and Specifications

::
Following provisions are made in individual works

A) badminton hall

1 Columns :-
Columns with Footings are proposed in R.C.C. M-25 grade. The RCC
coloumns are placed at 3.00 meter center to center. Tie coloumns are provided
upto plinth height at middle portion of the dome hall at 3.00 m c/c for support to
roof against wind pressure.
2 Beams :-
Beams and Lintels are proposed in R.C. C. M-25 grade CC. Tie beams are
provided upto plinth level at middle portion of the dome hall for support to roof
against wind pressure.
3 Slab :-
Slab, Landings, Chajja, pardi are proposed in R.C. C. M-25Grade with 13cm
thickness and waist slab spectator`s gallery of 20cm thick in M-20.

4 Walls :-
Walls are proposed in Fly Ash Brick masonry with C.M. in 1:6 in all positions
like in foundation, Super structure and 1/2 brick thick portions.

5 Plastering :-
Outer plaster in Sand faced plaster, Inner plaster in 12mm/20mm thick is
proposed with neeru finish. For ceilings 6mmth. plaster with neeru finishis
proposed .
6 Flooring :-
Mapple wood flooring for sports playing area are praposed. For rooms, store
rooms etc.vetrified matt finish tiles are praposed. General toilet area, store etc.
antiskid ceramic tiles flooring are proposed. Heavy duty coloured paver blocks
are praposed in front and entrance portion of dome hall.

7 Internal Water Supply :-

All necessary CPVC pipes of various diameter are provided in this estimate as
per requirement and over head PVC water tank is proposed .

8 Disposal of Sewage & Rain water :-

UPVC pipes, necessary inspection chambers, Rain water pipes are included
in this estimate for proper drainage.
9 W.C. and Toilets :-
Colour glazed stoneware WC pans of Orisa type, Wash hand basins, mirror
etc are included in this estimate.
10 Doors and Windows :-
Doors - solid core flush door shutter in single leaf 32 mm thick decorative type
shutter as per details & R.C.C. door frame & for toilet fiber glass reinforced
polyster door shutter 30 mm thick are proposed.

Aluminium sliding of two/three tracks windows and ventilators are praposed as

per standard drawing.
11 Painting :
External paint Providing and applying 2 Coats of 100% Pure acrylic low VOC
water based paint and 24 carrat Luxury paint of approved make & approved
brand Emulsion paint to interior walls and ceilings are Proposed. Synthetic
enamel paint for all the doors are praposed.

12 Poly carbonate sheet :

Supply and fixing 6 mm wide multi wall poly carbonate sheet of approved
make & approved brand to front portion of Admin Building are Proposed.

13 Roofing system :
Self supporting steel roofing system made up of structural grade steel sheet of
approved make & approved brand are Proposed to dome godown hall to
cover the Godown portion .

Rates and Specifications
:: The rates adopted in this estimate are as per State S.S.R.2022-23 w.e.f
01/07/2022. However The work will be executed as per standard specifications
and instructions of Engineer-in charge from time to time.
