are then required to develop and design Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for
operational activities needed by the organization in producing the product or service
chosen.

The operational activities students may focus on are:

 capacity considerations
 quality procedures
 location decision analysis
 layout design
 human resources needed (for operations only)

The purpose of this assignment is to have students explore in depth the operational
activities within an organization of your choosing. Upon completion of this project students
should be able to understand how operational activities works in organization for a product
or service being generated and delivered to the customers.
