IMPORTANT DATES:
December 1st: National Peppermint Dear Wildcat Family,

Tis’ the season to be jolly! As we move into the month of

December, we must not take our foot off the gas! We have a little

Staying healthy is important during the cold/flu season. Please
753- 7301.
remind your children about these important tips to help them stay
healthy.

1. Wash hands often and use hand sanitizer.


2. Eat healthy foods and drink lots of water to boost your
immune system.
3. Keep your hands off your nose and eyes.
4. Get plenty of sleep. The body is better able to fight infection
when it is rested.
5. Exercise will also help boost the immune system.
6. Stay in bed at the onset of symptoms and seek medical
attention.
