Some people say they like living in the countryside, others like living in the city.

In
my opinion, I prefer to live in the countryside for the following reasons
1. Cleaner air
The further away from the city, the better the air quality. The reason is that in the
countryside there are more trees. You may not even know this: the closer you are
to the countryside, the more likely you are to come into contact with cell-
enhancing substances released from plants,
Pollution in more densely populated areas is caused not only by the lack of trees,
but also by emissions from trucks, buses, cars, factories and other manufacturing
facilities. In this exhaust there are "ultrafine" particles that go directly to the lungs,
reducing the ability to breathe and increasing the risk of serious illness.
And returning home is first of all to get rid of polluted air. This gives the body a
chance to fight off diseases like asthma and heart disease.
Clean air thanks to many trees.
2. Less crime
People living in rural areas are less likely to fall victim to a variety of crimes than
those living in cities.
Of course, crime can be anywhere. And many rural areas that are now urbanizing
are also becoming less safe. However, if you're looking to live somewhere where
you might feel more comfortable letting your kids cycle to school alone or leaving
the windows open to let in a cool breeze while you sleep, then the countryside
would be the place to go. best choice for you.

3. Close to nature
Living in the open air of nature is the benefit of country life. In the countryside you
don't have to look for trees, sunshine, sun, stars. Because it's all around you. But in
the city, those things seem like a luxury.
Science proves that being in nature is good for everything from improving your
short-term memory to lowering your blood pressure. It can even make you more
creative.
Spending more time in nature is a great way to improve your health, and when
you're living the country life, you don't have to travel far to reap those benefits.
Natural paradise can be found right outside your door, instead of taking a car or
bus. This is why Nordic people are always happy!
5. Eat clean food
In the city, access to clean, unprocessed foods is quite difficult. Although many
stores carry the organic food label, you know it's just a label.
Meanwhile, in the countryside you can grow your own food. And of course it will
affect the health of your family. This is also the reason that many people choose to
live in their hometown.
There are many benefits to rural life, depending on the individual perception. Of
course, there are trade-offs in everything, in the city there will be more amenities.
But think about it, what is more beautiful than green meadows and clear skies?
