Daily Routine in Site under GCQ

1. Before entering the work site, all employees one by one will go to disinfecting and checkup area
where they will undergo:
1) Body Temperature Check
2) COVID-19 Physical Symptoms check based on the Surveillance Form
3) Disinfection
4) PPE Checking
5) Fill up Worker’s Record Log

1.2. No person will be allowed to go inside the working site if:

1) They don’t have the work pass
2) The person did not go under disinfecting and physical checkup.
3) Don’t have complete PPE
4) The body temperature will be 38 degrees Celsius and above
5) Show symptoms of COVID-19
6) Did not fill up the Worker’s Record Log

2. During work:
1) Social Distancing will also be observed at all times during work.
2) Complete PPE will be observed at all times during work
3) Exchanging of PPE with other co-employee is prohibited
4) Equipment issuance will be strictly monitored
5) During the AM, Lunch and PM break, each and every employee will be under
disinfection again before going out, and going back to work.
6) Breaks (AM, Lunch and PM) will be separated in 2 batch to avoid congestion in the
eating place and to observe social distancing.

3. After work:
1) All employees will go through the disinfecting and checkup area before going back to
the staff house.
2) All equipment used by the workers will be sanitized every 3 days or twice a week.
3) All employees will go straight to the staff house after work to avoid contact with other
people.
